Question:	Works with retail hooks
Answer:	If you mean the ones that fit on slatwall or pegboard, then, no it doesn't as it uses proprietary fittings. Craftsman versa work and there is at least one company that makes fittings. Gladiator makes a wide range of hooks, shelves, baskets and even cabinets that can hang on the panels. Be aware they are not cheap but are on sale frequently at Amazon, Sears, Home Depot, Lowe's etc. I have never paid full price for my literally dozens of hooks and brackets etc.

Answer:	There are 4 plastic rail guide, 16” each, so if you install as individual it will be 16” long, and if you combine 4 of them it will be 64” long. I hope this help.

Answer:	I suppose that would work--they are heavy enough to handle sheet-metal screws and piano hinges. However, they are only 16"w x 32"t. It wouldn't be a very high screen. It would also be expensive. I think you'd be better off just buying a screen.

Answer:	They make these rubber pegboard hole gaskets and I bought them on amazon Pegitz Pegboard Peg Locks 50PCS (1/4 inch, Black) they have both sizes 1/4 and 1/8 inch. I bought them in white and they work great. Worth the extra investment for the smaller pegboard accessories.

Question:	What does it include
Answer:	Correct. If you are going to use the Wall Control hooks and accessories, they go into special vertical slots, so each of the three 32" (tall) by 16" (wide) panels must be installed in the correct orientation. The panels still have the standard pegboard holes as well, which would of course work with standard pegs no matter the panel orientation.On the Wall Control website, they do sell panels in sizes and shapes other than the 32" x 16" sizes that come with most of the kits.
Question:	So the intended installation is 32 inches high by 48 inches wide? One reviewer said they can't be turned because the pegs will not work
Answer:	You do not need to leave any space. The way the pegboard is designed, it is already offset from the wall with any distance for the hangers to be hung without damaging your wall. This is the easiest pegboard system I have ever used. We got the white one to use in our kitchen for pots and pans a la Julia Child - it works great and looks awesome. All of our friends have admired it.

Answer:	The shelves are 11" to 11 5/8" deep. Labeled "A" and "B", shelves are designed to overlap, a feature I liked because it eliminates the need to cut the shelves to fit. The brackets have two staggered slots in back in which to snap the shelves. I thought the slight difference in the shelf front might bother me (I'm pretty particular), but I don't even notice it now that the shelves are loaded. Total distance from the wall is about 12 1/4 to 12 5/8".

Question:	what is the width? They must be over 14" wide to hold legal sized documents
Answer:	Sunlight will eventually deteriorate fiberglass. Ultraviolet inhibiting wax will help but may have effect on electrical insulating qualities. There are waxes made for lineman FG tools that are dielectric. Best option is to store inside or under cover.
Question:	does this accommodate legal size folders
Answer:	A 6 foot ladder will take you 4 feet up if used per OHSA rules. Each step is 1 foot up, you are not suppose to be on the very top step or the one below it. If you are 6 foot tall and you use 4 steps, you will be exactly 10 foot up. So yes this should suit your needs provided that you are around 5.5 or up.

Answer:	yes, the ladder does measure 12 feet long and you can safely work on a wall at least 14 to 15 feet high which we needed to put wood siding on our 14 foot high walls inside the house.

Answer:	The five footer is sweet. Saves space but handles the weight. Yeah, working track lights even on a 9' ceiling should work. Try to stand no higher than the second step from top. I use it on the electrical crew and the other guys have 4 footers and often want mine to give that extra height without the weight of a 6 footer. Good luck. Be safe.

Answer:	This version is made in China. We had an older/eariler/better version that was made in USA. That was why we purchased this one. Would not do it again, HATE the safety lock of this one.
