Question:	How big of screw does this use? Will it make large holes in my wall? We need to find something that can be used inside our condo
Answer:	I am using this stand without any screws. I just lean it to the wall, and that's it. Very convenient, no drilling needed.

Answer:	First, plan to place the women's bike on the bottom. Second, place the brackets at two different levels on the side of the main bar. Third, twist the curved cup / bar holders to accommodate the slanted bike rod.

Answer:	My rack is anchored to the wall. I have two large bikes, that means the top one is high and the bottom one has wheels just touching the ground. The pedals on the top one are about eye-level and everything rotates freely. If you put one mid-height you can service it.
Question:	How does the 4 bike rack attach to the wall? I see how the 2 bike rack could bolt in easily but with 4 bikes it will be away from the wall
Answer:	The 4 bike rack does not mount to the wall. It has a round base and stands freely wherever you decide to put it. It has great balance and does not wobble. The cool thing about the 4 bike rack is that you don't have to have all 4 arm sets attached. I currently have only 2 arm sets attached. It is very versitle.

Question:	anyone with road wheels concerned about weight of the bike damaging the wheel
Answer:	I have three of these racks, all of them supporting heavy "beach cuisers" in vertical positions. I would suggest mounting the rack at a height that allows the bike to rest on the rear tire, thereby taking some of the weight off the rack. This has kept a lot of stress off the rack(wall) as well as the front wheel. I've not had any visible damage to any of my front wheels.
Question:	Does this system put a lot of weight (the whole bike) on the rim of the front wheel? Does it not bend the rim after awhile
Answer:	The weight it puts on the wheel in this position is nowhere near the amount of force that's applied when you sit on it. Remember that spokes are designed to take hanging force, not rigid vertical force from the bottom. So hanging on the spokes like this is exactly what they are designed to do.
Question:	If I am hanging multiple racks side by side, alternating higher and lower, how much clearance between the racks do I need to leave
Answer:	I was limited for space on my 60" wall, so I hung four brackets 12" apart and like you're planning, alternated them between high and low. I own four 26" Specialized mountain bikes with standard length handlebars. To make them fit, I inverted (faced downwards) the lower bracketed bikes and kept the upper bracketed bikes facing upwards. The clearance between the handlebars is 1-2". The reason I hang it that way is so I can take any bike out without having it interfere with the others. Hope this helps.
Question:	Is the bike rigidly perpendicular to the wall or does the bike to swing from side to side when hanging on this rack
Answer:	It won't necessarily swing on its own but no, it does not lock rigidly into position. That said, even if you were to bump into the bike while it was hanging there, it would fall off the hook.

Question:	Is it possible to get a replacement rope? My lift is older. The rope is wearing, and the lift is getting stuck when I try to lower my bike

We were unsure whether the supplied lightweight rope would be up to the task, so we replaced it from the outset with 8mm climbing rope from an outdoor-gear store. Answer:	The pull up is smooth. However on the pull down you actually have to pull the bike or whatever you are keeping on the mount down while at the same time giving the cord some slack making a vertical line so the lock won't activate. So it si not jerky but not so smooth.

Answer:	Hello. If you measure the distance between your handle bars and the back of the saddle or seat, that will be the distance to the center of each bracket as you want to be able to lower your bike straight down.

Answer:	Not far. The top bar has a flat hunk of plastic (an inch or so thick) that must make direct contact with the wall. The legs curve forward a bit, and they probably sit about a foot from the wall, I reckon.

Answer:	That portion is right next to the tire so there isn't a lot of room. You might be able to fit a thin cable lock if it's a mountain bike. A u-type lock might fit on a street bike, but it would be tight.

Answer:	It will work with 26" wheels with disk brakes. Use a piece or white PVC irrigation tubing and zip tie. Cut the tubing to fit across the wheel hole and zip tie at a appropriate level to fit any wheel. Total cost $0 since i had some scrap tubing.

Question:	Can this be mounted with anchors in drywall, or only in studs
Answer:	It is best to use the provided hardware to go into your studs. However, it can be mounted with anchors in drywall provided you use the correct hardware. We recommend using the toggler brand "snap toggle" with a 1/4-20 thread bolt. Follow the instructions for installing the toggler and use at least 3 per strut. For the 6 Bike rack you will need 6 togglers. Space them out evenly and this should provide the needed strength as long as your drywall is in good condition. Question:	is Not installed too high off the ground is it difficult for kids to take their bikes down and put them away? The kids are ages 10, 13, 14. Thanks in
Answer:	That could be a problem. For an adult lifting and lowering the bikes to and from the rack isn't much off a problem. For children that age it could be difficult. If there are multiple bikes on the rack, you may have to move bikes around a bit to get them all on. Again not a huge problem for most adults but for pre- and early teens it probably would be. You are probably going to have to help them get their bikes on and off the rack for a few years.
Question:	Is the hanger covered with black boot or have foam as shown in video? in my experience the shiny black covers stretch and crack and fall off
Answer:	We do use a black cover that slips over the bottom of the hook. Where you have likely experienced issues in the past is from a manufacturer "dipping" the metal piece into plastisol (liquid vinyl) then heating it to cure it. This dipping process can lead to thin coatings that crack and fall off. Our covers are made in a separate process and are then added to the hook after it is powder coated. Our covers are much thicker (almost 1/8" thick), more durable, and are designed to last a long time. Koova bike racks are made in our factory in the USA from high quality materials. Question:	Would it be possible to put screws into the hooks so that they were permantly mounted and fixed in place on the bar
Answer:	Yes, in fact we found it was the only way we could easily take off and mount the bikes, as otherwise the hooks tend to slide along the rack

Answer:	This works excellent . Make sure and mount it to studs in your wall.I have had one for a year now and have no issues at all. It keeps all our bikes neatly hanging in the garage.

Answer:	The bike's top wheel extends a couple of inches above the bar, so the height really depends on how long your bike is and if you want some space below the bikes. I hung it at about 7', so I have some space below. As to the spokes, I didn't notice any damage on the spokes so far, but the rubber coating on a couple hooks has been torn, so I had create a DIY padding.
Question:	If I want to get a bike in the middle, do I have to remove the other bikes to the left or right of it before accessing
Answer:	No, you can remove a bike from the middle without removing the other bikes.

Question:	Everyone,Does the hook is fixed? I do not like the fold hook,as it is difficult to take the bike out and hang up the bike
Answer:	Yes, the hook is fixed and does NOT move. Which makes it easier to remove the bike.
Question:	Do you make one that lets you hang bike from left side...current one is from right
Answer:	It only comes one way. I can't imagine that it really makes a difference if the wheel hangs hooked from the right of the left. Unless you question has to do with hand dominance, but still would not matter on how the bike hangs. I don't know if this answers your question.
Question:	How do you get the handle bars to not fall to the side
Answer:	Just had this problem. The hanger was too low on the wall. Stand the bike up as it will hang and measure vertically from floor to front hub. Then, the hook needs to catch the rim about 6" higher (3 spoke openings up on my 27.5"). After raising my hanger two hole patterns or 5 1/2", the front wheel sits in the channel now.
Question:	Can it hold road bike too or is it too wobbly for that
Answer:	It'll hold a road bike just fine. The front (or rear depending on how you choose to hang your bike) wheel rides in a track (next to the hook) which helps to stabilize the entire bicycle, whether you hang it from the front or rear wheel.

Answer:	yes, our bike rack can be adjustable according your bike size
Question:	I have rear bike rack, will it fit on this
Answer:	I have a rear bike rack and it fits okay. You should be able to look at the upright picture of the bike on the bike stand and judge if your bike rack will work. From the picture you can see that if your bike rack was so long that it would extend past the rear tire then it would not work because it would be touching the floor.
Question:	Will it fall? I want to make sure it's sturdy enough
Answer:	It seems sturdy enough and it's has pretty good balance to it. Haven't had it fall yet.
Question:	I am assembling the bike rack and would like to know what the 10 small black spacers are for? The instructions do not even mention them
Answer:	I don’t have any spacers on mine that I’m aware of. I built it in two minutes.

Question:	Rad Cycle Mighty Rack Two Bike Floor Stand - what are the dimensions and weight please
Answer:	I measure 23" high x 24" wide x 21 inches deep. I can't really measure the weight. It pretty much stays put but it's not difficult to move.
Question:	can I use this in my suv trunk to keep the bikes uprights without falling during driving
Answer:	Definitely NOT. I transport 5 large cruiser style bicycles at a time inside my extended length minivan. 5 bikes fit inside, by alternating the handlebars forward-backwards-forward-backwards-forwards. This is only safe because the bikes are all tangled up with each other. Unless your rack INSIDE your vehicle has a secure locking clamp system (to keep the bikes from rolling back and forth when you hit the gas and brakes, or from falling over whenever you drive around a curve)...just like a good bike rack on the OUTSIDE of your vehicle should have, and unless the bike racks are bolted down to the floor of the vehicle, then you might as well forget trying to use any bike "stand" as a bike "rack" inside a moving vehicle.
Question:	can this stand be used outside
Answer:	I use mine on my travel trailer. It has been outside for a year. There are the startings of rust at some of the bolt connections. I suspect that after a few years in the FL weather I will be buying a new rack...which I am good with.
Question:	Will this fit my 29 inch mtn bike with disc brakes and 2 1/4 in. thick tires
Answer:	Not sure, I ride a canondale and my husband has a Trek hybrid. Ours fit facing opposite directions. The rack space is 2 3/4 inches for the tires. I do not know how the disc brakes would impact the fit. This rack is not the highest quality but was better then leaning our bikes against a wall.
