Answer:	I don't know where they are made, but they did seem to be of good quality and worked well for hanging bikes.

Answer:	I use these for halter and bridle hooks in my barn and did not have to pre-drill. They are sharp and easy to insert/screw in. Yuou may need to pre-drill if your material is harder than wood.

Answer:	I Really wish you would not screw them into a tree, however they will if screwed into a stout branch.
Question:	Does anyone know the dimensions of the screws so I can select the right anchor
Answer:	I used theses in a 2x4 wood strap. Drilled a 5/16" hole and threaded them in. They are very good steel and are holding up well--I hang my fairly heavy extension cords on them. However, if you are using them in a concrete or hollow wall application, I would buy the hooks and take one to a hardware store to match up with a proper anchor. Hope this helps.

Answer:	If you drill a clean hole to the brick surface and add a plastic anchor, maybe you can. The hook is basically a metal screw. Ask yourself how you can put a metal screw into a brick surface securely AND hang a heavy object.

Answer:	You would need to use concrete anchors to use these in concrete, then not certain you could get a good grip into the anchors. These have wood screw threads on them.

Question:	Everyone,Does the hook is fixed? I do not like the fold hook,as it is difficult to take the bike out and hang up the bike
Answer:	Yes, the hook is fixed and does NOT move. Which makes it easier to remove the bike.
Question:	Do you make one that lets you hang bike from left side...current one is from right
Answer:	It only comes one way. I can't imagine that it really makes a difference if the wheel hangs hooked from the right of the left. Unless you question has to do with hand dominance, but still would not matter on how the bike hangs. I don't know if this answers your question.
Question:	How do you get the handle bars to not fall to the side
Answer:	Just had this problem. The hanger was too low on the wall. Stand the bike up as it will hang and measure vertically from floor to front hub. Then, the hook needs to catch the rim about 6" higher (3 spoke openings up on my 27.5"). After raising my hanger two hole patterns or 5 1/2", the front wheel sits in the channel now.
Question:	Can it hold road bike too or is it too wobbly for that
Answer:	It'll hold a road bike just fine. The front (or rear depending on how you choose to hang your bike) wheel rides in a track (next to the hook) which helps to stabilize the entire bicycle, whether you hang it from the front or rear wheel.

Answer:	The average adult bike is usually 30-34 inches tall , so on a 10" ceiling you'd have anywhere from 7-7.5 feet of clearance, now there are bigger and smaller bikes but those are the average.

Answer:	Probably, but you’ll have to drill holes in the cabinet and into the wall studs. It’s very heavy. I’d recommend and least 4 #8 2 1/2 inch or longer screws. The fast track rail is so much easier. It’s worth the extra price.

Answer:	That portion is right next to the tire so there isn't a lot of room. You might be able to fit a thin cable lock if it's a mountain bike. A u-type lock might fit on a street bike, but it would be tight.

Answer:	1.25 to 1.50 inches
Question:	Could you hang a fat tire bike from one of these
Answer:	I’m hanging a Surly Krampus with 3” tires from one of these. It works but I have to have the bike at a slight angle. You’d probably have to get creative with anything wider than that.
Question:	Would it work for snowboards? or fall out
Answer:	This would depend on many different factors. Snowboard dimensions, shape, texture, hanging brackets, etc. These hooks should work as long as you have something the board that can attach to the hooks.
Question:	How much weight can one hook hold
Answer:	They are sturdy hooks - if anchored in a stud or other solid material, would guess 30-40 pounds, maybe more. But that's just an estimate. Good quality hooks. If you need something stronger, I think they make some heavier ones that look very similar.

Answer:	Yes, the hook is fixed and does NOT move. Which makes it easier to remove the bike and prevent accidental release.
