Answer:	No it won't, I've worned my brand new shoes on that mat multiple times and the grey color has not marked my shoes. I don't think the mat can get too dirty because of the rubber material type. Still you can't get grease on it if you do just rub it with soap and water just to get off the grease marks. It also gets a little slippery while sweating but it is still effective because sweat dries up fast but just to be safe make sure to still wipe down.

Question:	what is the count that you are offering I have not seen the quantity
Answer:	It is a dense rubber material and I use an olympic weight set on it, which works out really well. It's not too thick so I wouldn't recommend dropping 250 pounds from several feet up unless the floor underneath is very durable. I've had no problems dropping 40 lb dumbbells and 90 lb curl set, but haven't actually tried dropping much more because I have pergo flooring beneath and don't want to take any chances damaging that.
