Answer:	MM400 does not have a LoZ function, and operating instructions are mute with respect to measuring LoZ. Klein Tools has other multimeter models that have a LoZ function.

Answer:	I would advise against it. This is only a CAT 2 rated meter. That means the internal safety features are not sufficient to handle the higher potential voltage and energy that could come about at a meter panel. http://www.ni.com/white-paper/5019/enYou really want a CAT 3 meter if you want to measure any live breaker panels.If you are going to test for bad circuit breakers that are disconnected from the live wiring then you could use this meter to check for continuity and the like. Do not use this meter on anything more powerful than a wall outlet. CAT 3 meters are available for not much more money.
Question:	What's the lowest ohm reading it is capable of
Answer:	Yes, the Innova is great for finding parasitic leaks in boats and cars. Turn everything off..... EVERYTHING and then disconnect the negative battery cable. Insert the meter in series with the neg bat terminal and the end of the cable. If there is a current leak it will show on the meter when it is set on the AMPS function. Becareful that you don't turn anything on when the meter is connected because the AMP mode is not fused. If a current reading shows on the meter start pulling fuses and disconnecting devices until the reading drops to zero therefore isolating the problem

Answer:	I'm assuming you have tried moving the main test mode selection dial to some position other than 'off'. Do you have another 9V battery on hand you could use instead? It's possible the battery you received with the tester is bad. If another battery does not solve the issue, then it's possible you received a bad unit.

Answer:	Good question! No you cannot. These meters use DC current to test resistance. Transformers and voice coils rely on AC current, which is what introduces inductive capacitance and reactance in a coil, also known as impedance. To keep it simple, these meters will give you an inaccurate reading for impedance values. Find a meter used for audio electronics to test these values.

Answer:	There is no difference other than how they will be identified in the Livescribe app. The pen/software knows the difference between the different notebooks/journals so that it can keep track of them. The 1-2 or 3-4 denotes journals 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Question:	Are the Micsoa leads 4mm
Answer:	I see it when moving the pointer across a surface. Problem is, they don’t tell you which way the battery goes in, so I’d suggest starting with a brand new battery, plugging it in and switching the switch, and if that doesn’t work, take the battery out and try it in the other way. (I was dense and used a dead battery at first so I ended up trying four separate times trying to get it to work. Hence why I suggest starting with a battery that’s fresh out of the pack.)

Answer:	Maybe! I've been using it in MS Paint (not 3D) using Windows 7. I can change the color and the width but only to about 1/16 of an inch. I am not using it to ‘Make a Web Note’ in MS Edge. Tips:

1. The automatic range digital multimeter has a large internal resistance (high input impedance), and there is induced voltage interference when open circuit. The AC DC gear will have a digital jump when it is turned on, but it will not affect the measurement.

2. When turning on the meter and move the dial to ohms, it reads of OL (default), it's normal. In this case, it means that Infinity of resistance.

Answer:	No teerhe 100 series is designed in USA built in China. (To fluke specs) still high quality if you want a USA built model check out the 87-5 or 279 you pay for it though mine with nist cert was 600 bucks

Answer:	This multimeter is not good for computer repair. While it is accurate it doesn't have milli or microamps, which is very necessary for troubleshooting computers. You would need something like the Fluke 177 (a little more than 100 dollars more) and has microamps, or you could get something like a B&K Precision 2708B, which has milli and microamps. Also the B&K Precision is less than 100 dollars, so I would say for a budget meter it's the best considering its ability. I've watched reviews on dozens of multimeters, and the B&K Precision 2708B is pretty quick and quite accurate, especially at its price point.
