Question:	does this switch work w ikea ceiling lamps? i don't need all bells, whistles. just a simple dimmer. thanks
Answer:	It should work with any lamp that uses standard incandescent or halogen bulbs, or most dimmable CFL bulbs. With LEDs it's a bit trickier, only some brands of dimmable LED bulbs will work. (This is because the switch draws a small amount of current through the light bulb and LEDs are so efficient that this tiny amount of power can make some bulbs glow even when the switch is off.)
Question:	Is there a smart light switch that does not require a neutral wire
Answer:	Absolutely! The Lutron smart dimmer, does not require a neutral wire, and wires together similar to a normal switch, just be advised that this switch does not work with all LED frequency bulbs.
Question:	Is it really true that you cannot recall the last brightness settings without using the pico remote
Answer:	There is another one, PD-5NE-XX*, that has the "bump" in the middle like the Pico remote. However, it is pricey (they showed $99-$135 on their web site: http://www.casetawireless.com/Pages/Products.aspx). Like the Pico remote, the bump is for a favorite setting, not the last setting. They also make one with a nightlight where the bump is: PJN-3BRL-GWH-L01, but that is a Pico remote, not the main switch.
Question:	Is there a minimum load? when i connect this, the status lights aren't on, switch is unresponsive, and led light bulbs are stuck at half power
Answer:	These "two wire" dimmer switches are a little tricky. Assuming you went through your troubleshooting listed on your instructions (wiring, FASS switch) there are a couple of things to consider. If possible replace with an incandescent bulb as one will definitely give you the minimum load. If it doesn't work then it's defective. Answer:	I believe it's standard 1/4".
Question:	Lights r hooked up in a traditional 3 way light switch config. Will adding this before the fuse box allow me to dim & still use the exist. 2 switshes
Answer:	I connected 2 of these in my Aliner camper (there are 2 very bright led lights at both ends)and I am able to control the light by using the light switch or the dimmer (5 levels plus on/off switch.) It was easy to wire in but if you are doubtful send an email to their excellent support team. Great product.

Answer:	The remote is already setup to communicate with the wiring module, so there should be no programming required. Double-check your wiring. I cut the 3.5mm ends off so that it's easier to splice into your light wiring. Hope this helps. They work great!

Answer:	The PD-5NE is a phase selectable dimmer which allows you to either dim in reverse phase for electronic low voltage transformers or LEDs, incandescent, or halogens looking for a ELV dimmer. Or you could change the phase to dim in forward phase for magnetic low voltage transformers, LEDs, incandescent, or halogens looking for a forward phase dimming signal. The PD-5NE also offers the favorite light level button in the middle of the control.
Question:	Is there any wireless dimmer that will work with a 600w mlv transformer? looks like this only supports up to 400w
Answer:	For your application, Lutron would suggest the PD-10NXD. This device is rated to control 1,000W Incandescent/Halogen and Magnetic Low Voltage. It could also control 250W of dimmable LED or CFL.
Question:	Do you need the caseta pro hub to use this, or can you use the regular hub
Answer:	The regular will work with this dimmer. I own the pro at home with these but I got my parents the regular hub with this same dimmer and it works just the same.
Question:	What's the difference between the elv+ dimmer and the regular caseta smart dimmer
Answer:	The elv dimmer is for electronic low voltage lighting. The standard dimmer is for the more common incandescent and led lights. They are not interchangeable.

Question:	Why is the simple switch more expensive than the seemingly more complex dimmer
Answer:	This is for applications with heavier load requirements (bathroom fans for example). The switch is rated for more amps than the dimmer. A dimmer isn’t always suitable either, like with exterior lights or in a garage.

Answer:	Press mid-button key for 50% or half dimming. Arrow key is for adjusting light level. Top button for on; bottom key for off. It will go back to the last memory of level of brightness when you press arrow key or on key. The Pico remote is synchronized with the wall dimmer.
Question:	Do I need the Hub if I am only use this switch as a dimmer and not use on my phone
Answer:	If you are using just the switch, no you don’t need the hub. But if you don’t need a smart switch, I would recommend you purchase the Lutron Maestro line.
Question:	What is the resolution of this dimmer
Answer:	When the dimmer is turned off from full brightness, it slowly dims until off with a seemingly infinite resolution. I would say at least 512, maybe more. The bad news is that the buttons on the dimmer and the Pico remote can only access 10. I don't know about the smartphone app, as I don't own a smart bridge to try it.
Question:	Can this be paired with a lutron radio powr savr wireless ceiling occupancy/vacancy motion sensor
Answer:	Yes, this could be paired with a Radio Powr Savr occupancy/vacancy sensor as a standalone product. If the PD-5NE is already connected to a Caseta Wireless Smart Bridge, it would not be compatible with this sensor.

Answer:	You could use this in conjunction with the Insteon 2475F FanLinc Insteon Dual-Band Ceiling Fan and Light Controller, to controll the light functions. Use your remote to control the fan functions. The switch is of course unnecessary however.
Question:	Can you program 2 remotes to work with one switch? I want one wall mounted and one hand held
Answer:	This item needs to work with an Insteon hub, there is a hub that works with HomeKit. But this is a combination I have not tried.
Question:	Does anyone know if this dimmer works on a three way switch
Answer:	The Smarthome page for the 2466DW says nothing about dual-band. Neither the quickstart guide nor the owners manual say anything about dual-band. The owners manual states, in more than one place, that you need to "make sure you have installed at least two Access Points (#2443) or other dual-band INSTEON products". I think it's pretty certain that this product is NOT dual-band.
Question:	I purchased the Lutron P-PKG1W-WH and my new LED bulbs are flickering when being dimmed. They are dimmable bulbs and I have tried 2 different brands
Answer:	Yes. I have the 2466DW installed in my kitchen in a 3-gang switch box in the center between two other standard Lutron toggle switches. I needed the Insteon as it was the only toggle style dimmer switch compatible with controlling the low-voltage(twicebright CL1220TL) mini-recessed lights that use dimmable LED bulbs above my sink. The switch is high quality and easy to program for the desired on level.

Answer:	On the back of the unit is a letter, i.e. “A”, “B” etc. If you have two receivers with the same code, the switch will control both outlets.

Answer:	Small label is on back. But you get what they decide to send. IOW you can’t order a B orD apparently. I have another manufacturer product and it doesn’t even have a frequency label.
