Question:	Is anyone using this with an LED and if so, for how long and how is it working? Thanks
Answer:	I'm using this with two 12.5W Soraa High-CRI "Vivid" series LED PAR30 4000K bulbs (total controlled load: 25W) and it is the finest dimmer switch I've ever used. With the "Advanced mode" custom programming (Technical document: www.lutron.com/TechnicalDocumentLibrary/048459.pdf) to adjust the "low trim" (dimmest point) I can get these bulbs to be on and stable at only
Question:	Can this handle dimming LED lights all the way down so they are actually dim, like the incandescents? Yes, I have an LED light bulb that is dimmable
Answer:	I have the Wafer 6 in. White Integrated LED Recessed Kit that Home Depot sells. They say they can go down to 10%.. I had another switch in previously that the lights wouldn't dim down as far and would turn off randomly when dimmed down all the way. If you use the adjustment feature in this switch it seems like they go down to that no problem. I've been running them for a day and no flickering or turning off. If anything changes I'll leave an updated comment or update this answer. Two factors you'll need to look at: 1) what is the LED bulb rated to go down to 2) Is this dimmer compatible? If your LED bulb says it can do it try many different dimmers until one works :)

Question:	Can this item post to China directly from your warehouse
Answer:	No it will not. The 2nd switch will have to be the Decora smart remote switch. You can fine them listed here. http://www.leviton.com/en/products/lighting-controls/decora-smart-with-homekit-technologyI was not very happy with a 3way set up. There is a lag when the remote switch is used. The lag is short but long enough to make you question if you hit the switch correctly.
Question:	Do these come in a version without the logo on the front
Answer:	I tested this as I have a camera in my Garage where I have the switch located. I was at work, Asked Siri to turn on Garage lights and I could see them turn on. Then I turned them off. So ti does work off your network. Now it doesn't say anything about needing a 4th Generation Apple TV to work outside of your network like some other devices I've seen mentioned. So I have no idea if that's true or not. But I do happen to have 2 of them, so maybe that's why it works for me?!?!?! Maybe that's part of the Homekit specs? The AppleTV 4th generation being a bridge to the outside world. Looking through the instructions, I can't find a single thing about AppleTV.
Question:	Is there a compatible led edison e26 bulb
Answer:	To long to read: wifi limited to routers only able to give out 32 ip addresses. Wifi slow even with the switch having line of sight. Wifi clutter in apt and neighborhoods. Lutron hub doesnt have these issues Actually lutron hub uses a proprietary frequency that is optimal to go through walls and not cluttered with wifi enabled devices. My router can only handle 64 devices but 32 hardwire and 32 wifi and after months of trying leviton i am choosing to lutron my whole house. Dont get me wrong. If you want a few smart switches, this is cheap. If you own a house or live in apt good luck fighting for wifi space. I live in a neighborhood with around 14 wifi spots. My second router exclusivly for iot is 20ft wih line of sight. And this switch is too slow for me. When i open my home app all my lutrons are reconzied. I contantly get issues with this leviton. Its like in some power safe mode. Lutron hub is great because i dont have to give them ip addresses and can have 50 switches throughout my home. Yeah wifi limitations are real. Wifi switches are terrible. I've had logi pop, wemo, leviton none of them work as easy and fast as lutron. Even the app looks better than leviton.
Question:	I installed these dimmers with LEDP3120WH - 120V Direct LED Puck Light Kit. When I turn the power back on the lights pulse/flicker constantly. Ideas
Answer:	I can't answer that, but I will say that requiring a hub is no big deal, and in many ways a hub is an advantage. One obvious advantage is that it works with multiple protocols, such as HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Home. And a hub can also run a schedule for your lights (on a dusk, off at dawn, random when you're away, etc.). If I'm spending $1,000+ on switches and dimmers for my house, does it really matter if I have to spend another $50 or so on a hub? "Requires no hub" is marketed as a feature, but a hub never bothered me and you give up too much no having on. Long story short: they could, if they used a hub.

Question:	Inatalled but switch is reversed
Answer:	If the generator puts out around 220 to 240 volts, it will work. I have one of these monitoring what my solar panels put out and another monitoring what the house is using. Solar panels are like a big generator in that the micro inverters put out 220 to 240 volts just like a big generator. Mine is the cheaper one, but it is about the same. Every 10 seconds, mine updates the display to the average power flow over the past 10 seconds. So I have to wait up to 20 seconds from turning something on to seeing an accurate power flow (in KW with a decimal point so it shows down to watts in accuracy). It updates every 10 seconds, but it is good to wait for a second update to get an accurate number after doing something that affects the power flow. The real time display operates 24 hours per day and the batteries in the receiver last more than a year. This one is a newer model than mine, so it probably does it better. Besides real time power (KW), you can cycle through the displays and see KWh for the day, week, month, and months going back for the last 12 months. So depending on how much you may want to keep track of... I keep records going back for several years, so I have to copy the numbers to paper for several years worth of date. This is for 220/240 volt AC lines and I don't think it will won't work for 120 volt lines. It is for single phase, not three phase as some generators might put out. I believe all whole house generators are single phase. Three phase is more common in factories, not houses.
Question:	This looks like it can replace a switch with no re-wiring. Is that true
Answer:	There is a 3 phase version also available on Amazon . This model can be switched between 110v & 220v single phase.

Answer:	YES you can . I would recommend the Efergy Elite True Power which is hard wired in. Use the engage hub to monitor on-line and let you tenant view their usage too.

Answer:	The AYCL-153P is a triac based dimmer rated for 150W of compatible LED/CFL or 600W of incandescent/halogen lighting. For compatible LEDs with this dimmer, or another Lutron dimmer, please visit www.lutron.com/ledfinder or www.lutron.com/ledtool.

Answer:	Lutron does not recommend two AYCL-153P-WH dimmers in 3-way application. The second location would need to be a standard 3-way mechanical switch.
Question:	Can you fit three of these switches side by side in a standard 3 gang box
Answer:	The switch generates heat so it has tabs on both sides to prevent you from mounting them side by side without being aware that you have to "derate" them if you want to install them side be side. In other words, you can put 600 watts of incandescent bulbs on one dimmer if you mount it alone but only 500 watts of incandescent on a dimmer with one side tab removed (you remove only the tab(s) that overlap) and only 400 watts load with both tabs removed (as you would do mounting 3 switches in a standard 3 gang box). They also include a chart for derating when you mix CFL/LED bulbs with incandescent.

Answer:	I was wondering this exact same question, so I called Lutron and learned that they're the exact same switch. The model numbers differ because they're marketed/sold differently (e.g. Home Depot vs. other stores). So, if you find one cheaper than another, as I've done here on Amazon, buy the less expensive one!

Manual Control

At the low end of the dimming level when the light starts to flicker, fine tune the dimming performance by turning the adjustment dial counter-clockwise so that the light output is stable. Set your slider to where there's no hum or flickering on light fixtures.

Install the dimmer and mounting frame with the tabs facing down. Put on the screw-free wall plate after tuning the adjustment dial.

Trouble shooting

1: Light flash in the whole dimming range

a. Check the lighting/lamp is dimmable or not

b. The lighting fixture is not compatible with our dimmer

c. Most dimmable LEDs and CFLs will not acheive as low level as incandescent or halogen sources.

d. Control a group of lighting fixtures/lamps with one dimmer may cause flicker due to variation of dimming circuit and dimming range. Please use dimmer to

control lights/lamps in the same type or same model.

2. Light flash in low dimming range

a.Slightly turn the adjustment dial counter- clockwise to achieve full compatibility with the lights

3. Get dimmer list from light bulb/lighting fixture's supplier to avoid compatible issue with our dimmer, a broad dimmer list means less dimming issue, such as flicker,buzz, or flash issue, also, better buy FCC compliance lighting product for stable performance.

Answer:	Note 4 of the installation instructions states: When no "grounding means" exist in wallbox, the 2011 NEC allows a control to be installed as a replacement if 1) a nonmetallic ,noncombustible faceplate is used with nonmetallic attachment screws or 2) the circuit is protected by a GFCI. When installing a control according to these methods, cap or remove green wire before screwing control into wallbox.

Answer:	On 3-way circuits, only one ELECTRO-MECHANICAL switch can be a dimmer regardless of lamp type, other switch must be standard single-pole 3-way on/off. You CAN use DIGITAL ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM (ie: MAESTRO) for all switches on circuit. Skylark SCL-153P dimmer is "electronic" but it is not a CONTROL SYSTEM that encompasses the whole circuit.
Question:	Can this dim incandescent and LED bulbs on the same circuit
Answer:	Yes- the issue is that the bulbs are very different and as a result will not dim uniformly so when dimmed one may be brighter

Answer:	The MACL-LFQ is not specific to any models of ceiling fans. This control is designed to control most 3-speed ceiling fans (up to 1.5A) and dim up to 75W of dimmable LED/CFL or 250W of incandescent/halogen lighting. This control would only be compatible with fans which utilize pull chains to vary the speeds. If a fan includes its own remote control or wall control, it may not be compatible. As always, Lutron would suggest verifying compatibility with your fan manufacturer as well.
Question:	I was told you can't control a fan with a dimmer, what makes this switch different then any other dimmer switch? Why is there not a Caseta model
Answer:	Correct, a dimmer could only control a lighting load. The top portion of this dimmer is designed to control up to 75W of LED/CFL or 250W incandescent/halogen. However, the bottom portion of this control is a fan speed controller. Fan speed controllers use a different technology than a dimmer to control the fan speeds of a 3-speed ceiling paddle fan. Question:	Do these cause any light flickering
Answer:	If they do, there is a setup to optimize the dimmer (set mininum dim level to a level where it does not flicker) Also note it can be configured for different light bulb types as eg LED requires a different way of dimming than halogen or incandescent. Make sure you use dimmable LEDs (should mention on the packaging)
Question:	Can this control 6 cam lights in my kitchen
Answer:	Yes, the dimmer in this package (model: PD-6WCL) is rated to control up to 150W of dimmable LED/CFL or 600W of incandescent/halogen lighting. As long as your can lights meet this specification, this control should work for your application.
Question:	Do you need multi bridges if I have multi switches that are on different floors of my home
Answer:	One Caseta Smart Bridge will communicate up to a 30 foot radius through walls or 60 foot radius with clear line-of-sight. If any of the Caseta dimmers/switches fall outside of those ranges, Lutron recommends adding Caseta plug-in dimmer (model number PD-3PCL). This will act as a range repeater and boost the Smart Bridge's signal an additional 30 feet.
Question:	What's included? And does this allow you to use samsung smart things app and alexa voice control
Answer:	The P-BDG-PKG1W-A includes one Smart Bridge, one PD-6WCL dimmer, one PJ2-3BRL Pico remote and one wallbox adapter plate for the Pico remote. With the Smart Bridge, you will be able to integrate Caseta and Samsung SmartThings, along with Alexa.
