Answer:	What I think was being asked is if this meter can tell you the PEAK load during the time it was connected. For example, let's say it was connected to a refrigerator for 10 hours. Let's say that during that 10 hours the load in Watts was 150Watts. But, when the compressor kicks in, it surges to 2000Watts for 3 seconds. Will this device allow you to see that 2000Watt PEAK later? Does it store that PEAK load into memory so you can view it?

Manual Control

At the low end of the dimming level when the light starts to flicker, fine tune the dimming performance by turning the adjustment dial counter-clockwise so that the light output is stable. Set your slider to where there's no hum or flickering on light fixtures.

Trouble shooting

1: Light flash in the whole dimming range

a. Check the lighting/lamp is dimmable or not

b. The lighting fixture is not compatible with our dimmer

c. Most dimmable LEDs and CFLs will not acheive as low level as incandescent or halogen sources.

d. Control a group of lighting fixtures/lamps with one dimmer may cause flicker due to variation of dimming circuit and dimming range. Please use dimmer to

control lights/lamps in the same type or same model.

2. Light flash in low dimming range

a.Slightly turn the adjustment dial counter- clockwise to achieve full compatibility with the lights

Question:	How long do the batteries last
Answer:	It's going to depend on how often you use it. I have not gotten more than a year on the rooms I use every day. Make sure you don't over tighten that tiny screw on the battery door! Terrible design that makes it very easy to strip the screw.
Question:	If i buy a second dimmer switch, will it be independent of the one i already have? i don’t want all lights to come on
Answer:	You would have to programme it to be associated with a particular bulb or group of bulbs, so it would be independent of the current dimmer and any bulbs you have by default. However, if you buy one of the dimmer packs that include a bulb, sometimes the dimmer is already paired with the included bulb, so you would have to reset the dimmer in this instance.
Question:	Do you need to use an app for this or will it just work with the bulb and remote
Answer:	I purchased this via ebay. No. You do not need the app. Both the bulb and the remote will work fine without the Philips Hue Hub. The Philips Hue Hub is a product that allows the bulbs to interface with your phone. This system is designed to work out of the box with each other. The remote comes preprogrammed for the bulb. However, it is possible to purchase the Philips Hue Hub to use the (free) Philips Hue app with this bulb and with other bulbs in your possession, and that will allow you to re-set up the remote to accomplish more specific and varied effects like launching scenes that you have created. I am guessing that users who report needing app to set up the remote, first purchased a Philips Hue Starter Kit, (which comes with a Hub), and thus have only ever experienced using a Philips Hue Dimmer Switch with respect to the Philips Hue app, which will of course require a setup of the switch to integrate it into your existing system. This set will work conveniently and consistently out of the box. No phone, app, or Hub required.

It is completely silent when used with CRLight 12W Dimmable "Antique ST64" lamps: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F322C39 but has almost a 1-second lag.

Answer:	We tried to use this to dim to a night light. It was not that dim for LED. The infosheet for a similar product from LUTRON says 300 W should not be used for LED (http://pdf.lowes.com/operatingguides/027557390811_oper.pdf). Answer:	I doubt it. Light bulbs that are not built to work with dimmers cannot function correctly at reduced voltage. I know it works with halogen and incandescent -- haven't tried compact fluorescent or LED with this dimmer.

Otherwise, the lights will be off. Typically, only one of the switches can have a dimmer rheostat. With that said, Google is your friend, try: "installing 2 3-way dimmer switches"

Answer:	Hello, this is compatible with incandescent bulbs up to 360 Watts. So the Edison E26 at 60W would be compatible.

Answer:	I hope this answers your question. I plug the lamp plug directly to the dimmer, then I take the dimmer plug and plug it into an electrical unit that has about eight plugins. Now, if your question is if there is 3 or 4 lights on a lamp and you are wondering if the dimmer will work on that certain light fixture the answer to that question is I do not know, but it should. I do not think it would work plugged into an extension cord with 3 or 4 different light fixtures attached to make all of them dim at the same time.

Answer:	Only if your dining room chandelier is not hard-wired to a ceiling box. This dimmer is a LINE dimmer - that is to say, you plug your lamp into the cord’s outlet, and then plug this into the wall.
