Question:	What do I do if the unit doesn't turn on, yet lets the 3rd input run through to my receiver. The power/switch button doesn't do anything
Answer:	Our product has four input channels: IN1-IN4, and then there is a corresponding indicator light to indicate the input status at this time. Normally, when IN3 is input, the indicator light shows IN3 to light up, and then it can be output to the audio receiving device. Could you kindly let us know whether the IN3 indicator light up when it at work? Answer:	No, it can't accept spdif coaxial as inputs, it just can support Optical SPDIF Audio as the inputs.
Question:	If i buy 2 of these units will i have problems with ir remotes trying to operate the other unit because ir remotes operate past walls and structures
Answer:	It depends on where you are going to use them. I have 2 vizio TV's with the same remote. One in the BR and the other in the LR. If I shut the door to the BR i can use the BR TV remote. That said not all IR's are strong enough to work past walls and structures. I have one the operates my TV and PC. I do not believe the IR on this unit is that strong. I can only get 5-7 feet away before signal stops to the unit. I hope this helps you.

Answer:	Yes of course.Mine works well in duration of minutes and seconds.Some complain about the seconds function for there is no "second" button, but as i know we still are able to use the "Minutes & seconds" instead of only "Hour & Minutes".Here is the OPERATION: Press the SWITCH button --->Press and Hold the TIMING CYCLE button for 3 seconds,and the top set of numbers will flash (transformed to Minutes & Seconds Mode).Then the two parts of number (Hours & Minutes) represents (Minutes & Seconds).For Example, first Press the SWITCH button, then Press and hold the TIMING CYCLE button for 3 seconds, when the numbers flash, then Press the Hour button to adjust the number to 1,press the Minute button to adjust the number to 30.Other operation just the same.Job done.These are the steps for setting Minutes and Seconds cycling, hope it helps.

Answer:	Not sure where you got 800 watts.... the back of mine says 15 amps at 125v. 125X15=1875 watts. To be on the safe side I wouldn't use it on anything that draws more than 110*15=1650 watts.

Question:	I've bought 2 different dimmers for my recessed led lights. both produced a humming noise. any humming with this switch
Answer:	I started with this dimmer and LED lights in my recessed cans... heard the hum and scrapped the LED lights for traditional incandescent. No more hum!
Question:	does anyone make a dual dimmer like this for LED lights
Answer:	I installed this switch four days ago in my kitchen. I have it controlling LED Gu10 and LED A19 bulbs. The switch works ok with them. A few of the Gu10 bulbs flicker as the bulbs turn on but once at full brightness, they work flawlessly. I really didn't buy the switch to dim bulbs, just to control the lights and after using a double rocker switch for 10 years I wanted a change and there aren't many options so I opted for this switch. It looks pretty cool but if u are looking for dimming functionality with Gu10 bulbs, this may not be the option for you. The A19 bulbs dim without a problem. Tonight I noticed when I turned on the light, that at full brightness, two of the Gu10 bulbs were blinking but only for twenty seconds and since then I've turned the light on several times and it hasn't happened again so we will see.......I really don't feel like going back to the double rocker switch again.

Question:	Does lutron make a led compatible version of this dimmer switch being dual stack
Answer:	Shhhh. Don’t tell anyone, but these switches work just fine with the LED lights in my bathroom. I bought two of these Lutron switches because I needed to add 4 light switches in a 2 gang box. With the exception of one existing light switch, I added three additional lights which all needed to have their own switch. I used the AWESOME Lithonia Lighting wafer thin 6-inch (and one 4-inch) led discs which act like canister lights but are thinner than drywall. With the exception of the 4-inch light, these all work very well with this Lutron dimmer. The 4-inch disc will turn on but when you turn it off, it remains lit at very low lumens which actually acts as a nightlight over the toilet, so I am not bothered by ti. The 6-inch, and the regular LED vanity bulbs work perfectly fine with this switch.
