Answer:	To achieve the optimal chemical temperature before spraying foam, store chemical indoors at a temperature between 75-85°F. If the product is kept between the temperature requests than it can be sprayed on a colder surface. Thank you.
Question:	Is this product sutted to treat a crawl space? My crawl space is 10' X 16', the floor is always cold to the feet as the floor above it is oak hardwood
Answer:	This product can be used in a crawl space. This package will cover 210 square feet at 1 inch thick of foam.
Question:	Can I use this product, stop, clean-up, and then use it again, hours or days later
Answer:	Once you start using this product, it must be used in 30 days. If you stop at anytime, always keep the dirty nozzle on, shut the gun and then shut the tank valves. When you want to use it again, pop off the used nozzle, put a clean one on, open the gun and tanks.
Question:	does this include an applicator suitable for spraying a flat surface for relatively even coverage - to achieve good R-value
Answer:	comes with a total of 10 tips... 6 fan tips and 4 cone tips for various applications. If you go to the manufacturer website, you will find any information needed there.

Answer:	They are about 1/4” thick, but what you need to concentrate on is the R-rating. These are R8 which means it reduces energy loss by 2% which is equivalent to consuming 3% less energy. It has made a noticeable difference in how hot or cold the garage gets.

Answer:	I’m not sure but I did have to use a utility knife to cut each one to fit the panels on my garage doors. It only took a minute. You’ll really like having them on your doors.

Answer:	Yes but you can always order an extra roll or 2 to finish the job

Answer:	Frame is not included. We attached ours to the outside of frame with the double sided tape included. You should be able to attach it to your panels but I don’t know if it will insulate as well without the air space between insulation and door. Maybe the manufacturer has an answer to that.

Answer:	Probably not. The ceiling tiles probably won’t be strong enough to support the clips that mount the can to the tile. You could try but I don’t think they would work. If they are Sheetrock tiles then probably would work.
Question:	I purchased the light and a 155mm hole saw as 152 is specified on the template. This is nowhere close. Please let me know how you will resolve
Answer:	I purchased a hole saw at homedepot made specifically for can lights which includes a clear plastic shield to catch the drywall dust. Worth the money. Ditch the template.

Answer:	The E27RICAT ceiling opening should be cut per the template supplied. Opening is 6 ¼”.
