It has a plastic part/sleeve right before the connector that you plug into your phone, and on each side of the plastic there is a small hole (that’s how it was designed). After about 2-3 months of normal use, that hole rips apart. I also had similar issues with prior versions. I have no idea why they put the hole there if it rips apart after using it normally for a short time..:

Answer:	These will fit a B size fitting at the end of the hose. Your hose size won't determine if these will work, its the fitting at the end of the hose. Most common sizes are A and B. A size is small the male end measures about 1/4" across. The male end of a B size is bigger and measures about 1/2" across.

Answer:	Install a shutoff, 58270, at each hose end, turn it off, then quick disconnect. Another way is to grab and kink the hose by hand, bending back 180degrees to stop the water pressure, then quick disconnect, release the kink in the hose.

Answer:	I found that from my box of O-Rings that it approximately equals an: ID: 11/16" OD: 7/8"" Sectional thickness: 3/32" Do note that this is not an exact fit, but with a quick test it seems to keep the water in which is all that matters to me. So I've replaced one on the quick connect that was in a gnarly condition with a fresh one and it didn't leak as much as it used to. Looking inside between a new quick connect and the replacement one, it seemed to be a right fit.

Answer:	Don't know what you mean by full flow. I have mine on both 3/4" and 1/2" hoses and they both work fine although I prefer the 1/2' because it is lighter. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Where is the leak? At the threads, or from the male/female connection? There is a very thin, black "O" ring in the female part that may not be making a good seal when you insert the male end. If the connector is new, and the "O" ring is damaged or missing, you should be able to get a quick replacement from Amazon. Also, if you get a failure later in the life of the connector, the neoprene "O" ring is very common and can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot. If the leak is at the threads, you might try using some plumber's teflon tape. Good luck.
