1. You can check the label on the router to see the frequency type, this plug outlet is suitable for "Dual Band" or "Single Band 2.4GHz".

Answer:	yes, that is how I am using it, I only have 2 wires coming from my boiler. Batteries seem to last a year, I just change them out at the beginning of my heating season.

Answer:	The unit has 4 internal tabs that hold it together. I find it easier to separate it using the three tabs on the top of the unit and pushing back on the center tab while holding one of the side tabs. It's a tight fit so it doesn't come apart easily just don't be too brutal with it.

1. Does it need a neutral line? How could I know whether there is a neutral line？

Yes, it needs a neutral line.

The best way is to check the actual wires in the switch box, the neutral line is often going to be colored white, but it also may be other colors.

If there are multi-gang switches, that has a much higher likelihood of having neutrals.

If there is a wall outlet near the switch, most likely that switch box has a neutral.

If your house was built in the mid-1980s or later, there is an excellent chance that you have neutral lines in the box.

2. What is the difference between the single-pole switch, dimmer switch, and the 3-way switch?

The single-pole switch is designed to turn on/off the light at only 1 place, but could not control the fan speed or light brightness.

The dimmer switch is designed to turn on/off the light at only 1 place, besides, it also could control the fan speed or light brightness.

The 3-way switch is designed to turn on/off the light at 2 places, but could not control the speed and brightness. The 3-way switch also could be used as the single-pole switch.

3.I have a dual wifi router, How could I use it?

The smart switch needs 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi only, not suitable for 5Ghz

If it broadcast only 1 signal, you will need to go to the Wi-Fi management and create a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi signal first, choose it and enter the password.

If it is broadcasting both signals, the 5G signal will be ignored. You’ll just choose the 2.4Ghz WIFI and enter the password of it.

Note:The wire color of each version is a little different, the name of the wire could easily be found at the wire port. If you meet any questions, feel free to get help from us.

Answer:	It was fairly simple for me to setup. It took about 7-10 minutes to set it up. I used the google assistant so the following steps may vary if you use alexa. 1. Plug in the smart plug. 2. Press and hold the power button until the button flashes blue about twice every second. (Rapid Flashing) 3. Next, download the Smart Life app and create an account. (Make sure you sign up via email and not via google or apple. It will ask for a password during the linking process.) 4. Once an account is setup, add a new device. Select the one that says (Smart Outlet - Wifi). 5. Follow the next few prompts and it should set the plug up via Smart Life. 6. Once it is paired to the SmartLife app, Go to the "Me" Section and select a Third-Party Voice Services. 7. Follow the prompts (Hint: This is where you need the account password.
