Answer: Susan, all I can tell you is that they work fine to charge my I phone and laptop computer. From my understanding the USB plug in is set up to work with all standard USB cords sold in the US for US usage. There may be different setups overseas that I can not comment on. Have a wonderful day.

Answer: I realize this is old but want to get more comments in here for those buying to judge by. I never run it without the backlit keyboard on so I can only comment on that. The first day I used it after charging I went on a bit of a run and it ran a full 24 hours give or take an hour on a full charge. With regular use I am experiencing about the same as the other comment and charging every 3 days or so. I can only assume it would be noticeably longer without the backlight.
