Answer: The motor comes with the required capacitor to use with the motor. There may be an existing capacitor that is being shared by both the old motor and the compressor. If this is the case you would still need the old capacitor to run the compressor, but not the new motor as it has it own capacitor.

Answer: I know this is a year old but in case anyone else is wondering - It SHOULD. We just pulled the fan motor on our ~ 2007 RV. It's a FASCO, but be the older version of this item for sale since it does not say D-1092 on it. However, all the other specs match. Our motor housing says Model 7855MVA-A11U; Customer No. 1468-306; 115 V; 60 Hz; 1/3 HP; 3.4 AMP; 1675/1080 RPM (2 SPD); No. 1212062491. There are a few more items on the label but those are the most salient for checking compatibility/replacement. Ours was Made in Thailand. We'll probably be able to just clean and oil the bearings if the brushes aren't bad, otherwise we'll be ordering this part as it looks like a direct replacement.

Answer: This motor has threaded studs on the front that mount the motor directly to the fan shroud (assuming you are mounting on a Coleman RV unit similar to mine). There was one almost “L bracket” brace on my unit that helps support the back of the motor which was reused during my replacement. Hope this helps, installation was pretty straight forward there are a few good YouTube videos that will give you a good visual of the install.

Answer: The most important thing is to match the RPM speed of your existing fan. I purchased this fan because it was cheaper but had a higher RPM than the one I was replacing. It would pull too many amps and overheat. I had to bend the fan blades to a shallower pitch to push less air.

Answer: You can, but this motor has twice the horsepower rating of the 773, and it runs at a higher RPM, which means it'll make more noise & use more electricity. Generic motors like these are most useful on older equipment where the exact specs are unavailable, it's an 'emergency' repair or the original parts are out of manufacture. I'd spend the extra money to get the right part as the 773's are still available. Replacing the run capacitor when you replace the motor is highly recommended. Good luck!

Answer: It's an after market OEM replacement for your furnace. Fasco is been around for 45 plus years . All you have to watch for is the HP , RPM and voltage . Look at the specs of your old part and match it and you will have heat again. The strange things is it's 3 phase little motor because your control board generates that power to ramp up the speed up and down when it is needed .
