Fairly simple install, but I’d certainly recommend getting GM factory rivets as I couldn’t find any that worked, and I tried quite a few. They are about $3 each and you need about 12 as the old ones are not reuseable.

Answer:	No, I read a few forums.. But it really is easy... Take the plastic shroud around the steering column off, by taking the screws out underneath, then turn the wheel 90 degrees to the right to the 3 o'clock position and you will see a clip holding the top and bottom pieces, release that, then turn to the left to the 9 o'clock position to release the other side . The plastic separates into two pieces (top and bottom). From there it is two screws holding the assembly on... Hopefully I remembered this correctly but like I said it was fairly simple.

Answer:	Most likely not. I have a 2003 Toyota Camry and a 2000 Pontiac Montana minivan and on both it only fits facing the front of the car. It may work facing outward but only if the door latch loop is large enough. The problem is that if you try to use it facing outward the loop on the door jamb is too narrow for the handle to fit properly and it is not secure since it cannot go all the way down.
