Answer:	You can use it without the sensor. The app is going to show an error message about not being able to tell if the door is opened or closed, but it will send the open/close command.

Answer:	I'd say the approximate height when the lift is at the lowest setting is about 4'6" to 5'. But, if you tilt the panel hooks, it would be lower on one side. (As it is in the picture). Makes it easier to load.

Answer:	Yes it can. Tip it for hanging to a wall. Swing the two holders down from their folded position on each arm. Place the sheet onthe holders And lean it back against the arms. Wheel the unit towards the wall. Position the sheetrock and crank it into place.
Question:	Does this move around on a carpet
Answer:	The Casters are hard, I don't have first hand experience with this on carpet, just hard flooring. I think it would be a little difficult on carpet with a 12' sheet of 5/8", unless of course you put down a sheet of plywood to roll it around on, or if its low mat low pad carpet.

Answer:	no but built well. but should have been built in the USA
Question:	where do you go to get replacement parts such as the cable
Answer:	I haven't had to replace anything, but I would think that the cable is the same as garage door cable. you should be able to find it at a hardware/ home improvement store. Hope that helps.
Question:	Why you guys dont ship to Hawaii
Answer:	I'm sorry, but shipping is done only by ground-based delivery services. Delivery on the territory outside the continent entails large financial costs.

Question:	What is the shipping box dimensions
Answer:	Approx 1-1/2". It is much better designed & used to raise doors in order to start the screws in the top hinge. It's invaluable when there's only one of you for the task. For drywall, you're much better off putting a couple of 1x3's under the sheetrock then bending down & getting your hand under then lifting. It might also crush a piece of the wall as it's a bit narrow. For doors, it's king.

Answer:	I don't remember the exact dimensions, but approximately four feet by six feet by one foot... plus six inches by six inches by five feet if you are buying the one with over 11 feet lift capacity. Great lift. I hung fourteen foot ceilings with mine and it worked fabulously.

Answer:	Will lift panels FLAT to a ceiling height of 11' on its own and 15' with the extension installed. Answer:	It had better reviews (not only on Amazon) and I've bought cheap stuff before and that's pretty much what you get....cheap stuff. We used this to hang 10 foot sheets on a 10 foot ceiling and it worked very well. The only downside was the cable would slip over a weld on the wheel spindle when raising. It scared me the first couple times until I figured out what was happening but it did not fail. Overall I was happy with the choice.

Answer:	If the clear floor space is under 4'x4', it would be really tough because of maneuverability with the tripod legs. In tight places, it's hard to replace the old "T-braces" to hold up the sheet rock (made of braced 2'x4's - looks like a small version of the old telephone poles). That's usually a two-person job.
