Answer:	The top step is 29 inches. I have 10' ceilings and can touch them with my finger tips. I am 5'3". No problem cleaning ceiling fans. I like the support of the high handle that you can lean into and the overall lightweight construction. Folds up great for storage.

Answer:	I am 6'2" and 285, and have used it in the table config. it held me fine, the plates will slide if you drag your feet, tools etc. But, pretty rock solid, a little flex but given the span i thought it amazingly strong, the feet extending out for a wider base really helped stabilize. Honestly, I don't think these ladders would be usable with out them.

Answer:	It is about 30lbs. Did not come with anything other than the ladder.

Answer:	No, they a good size, not hard on the feet, it is a sturdy ladder , even fully extended, 1 con though is the ends of the ladder could be better constructed, the bolts came lose, they would be better if welded than bolted, other wide great ladder for the price.

Question:	what is the weight capacity
Answer:	9 inch heights between steps is good and I really appreciate a heavy duty ladder. If you are elderly and need a lighter stool with closer steps see the GP Logistics CW3 Comfort Step which has about 8.25in between steps.
Question:	What's the max hight at A-frame configuration
Answer:	I believe you will be 36" off the floor. We have 10 foot ceilings and this ladder helps with window washing but We can't reach the ceiling. It's still our favorite ladder!
Question:	Does this 6-10 foot ladder come with the detachable work platform
Answer:	I bought the 10310BA model with the rubber tread covers, and a 300 lb capacity. I weigh 300 lbs and it is very sturdy when I am standing on it. It also has wheels on the back legs. When I have to move it, I can leave it open and tip it backwards and roll it anywhere I need to take it without having to close it first. (This in my opinion is a time, and back saver). The model 11903 has a 375 lb capacity, no rubber on the treads, no wheels, and much larger rubber feet on the leg bottoms for better stability on grates and uneven surfaces. To move this one I think you would have to close it , and lift it . So in my opinion, unless you are going to use it in areas where you need the extra large ladder shoes for extra stability, and you require a extra heavy duty ladder, I would recommend getting the 10310BA with the wheels. I love mine, it is the best ladder I have ever owned, and being in my early 70's, I feel very stable and safe when I get on it. Answer:	The top step of the 3 step ladder is 26 1/2 inches high. I don't have the 4 step ladder to measure, but its 4th step should roughly 35 1/4 inches high.
