Answer:	On the Little Giant website, go to the "What's New" section, and those are the features the Revolution model offers above and beyond this model. To recap, the Revolution is approx. 20% lighter, has a quad-lock hinge (4 pins instead of 2 in the lock), and due to the new pins, it has a new lever called a "Rock Lock", which is a push and release lock on the sides to adjust the ladder. While any sort of weight reduction is a good thing (when still rated for the same load), don't let this weight reduction fool you into thinking the original model is overly heavy. I have the 22' model, and I find it easy to move around. The quad locks are debatably useful, as I have never felt my 2 pin design was unstable or even the least bit wobbly. The redesigned release locks do sound nice however, as the original ones take a little getting used to.

Answer:	I bought the 10310BA model with the rubber tread covers, and a 300 lb capacity. I weigh 300 lbs and it is very sturdy when I am standing on it. It also has wheels on the back legs. When I have to move it, I can leave it open and tip it backwards and roll it anywhere I need to take it without having to close it first. (This in my opinion is a time, and back saver). The model 11903 has a 375 lb capacity, no rubber on the treads, no wheels, and much larger rubber feet on the leg bottoms for better stability on grates and uneven surfaces. To move this one I think you would have to close it , and lift it . So in my opinion, unless you are going to use it in areas where you need the extra large ladder shoes for extra stability, and you require a extra heavy duty ladder, I would recommend getting the 10310BA with the wheels. I love mine, it is the best ladder I have ever owned, and being in my early 70's, I feel very stable and safe when I get on it. Answer:	I am not sure I only weigh 150 and it holds me just fine probably 200 or more .

Answer:	The manufacturer does not advise it. There are not secure steps to stand on on both sides in a frame mode to my mind. . The capacity of the ladder is 350 pounds. THE EXTENDABLE PORTION DOES NOT LOOK SUITABLE FOR standing on but it is used for that when it is used in its extended form for ascent when the ladder is used as a leaning ladder. And, the ladder I received from Amazon was defective. I bought a version of it at Lowe’s I am happy with. It looks like is one man at a time ladder.

Answer:	That depends upon what you mean. Set up as a step ladder, it’s no bigger than a regular 6 foot step ladder. Having said that, I regularly use a 6 footer to do work on 10’ ceilings but I’m 6’1”. Now if your talking about using it in the extended position as a straight ladder... then the answer would still be yes, but, of course it now can only be used as a leaning ladder. If you need a taller stepladder version... they make an 8’ version as well. Hope this helps.

They'll break off allowing you to slot the feet into where they need to be to align the slots with the bolts. I'm not making this up. That's how crappy this product is. You literally have to snap off molding tabs in order to get the parts to line up. Worst. Ladder. Ever. But you'll find that out once you get past this step and on to trying to actually use the darn thing.

Answer:	No, it's not made in the USA. It is made in Mexico. However, it is very sturdy. My only complaint is that there are only two usable steps which is only about 18" off the ground. If you need something higher, then you need to get the next sized ladder.

Answer:	no. On my ladder, the back side braces are vertical pieces of aluminum. Strong but you could not stand on them. It was not designed to go up both sides.
