Answer:	9 inch heights between steps is good and I really appreciate a heavy duty ladder. If you are elderly and need a lighter stool with closer steps see the GP Logistics CW3 Comfort Step which has about 8.25in between steps.

Answer:	I believe you will be 36" off the floor. We have 10 foot ceilings and this ladder helps with window washing but We can't reach the ceiling. It's still our favorite ladder!

Answer:	I bought the 10310BA model with the rubber tread covers, and a 300 lb capacity. I weigh 300 lbs and it is very sturdy when I am standing on it. It also has wheels on the back legs. When I have to move it, I can leave it open and tip it backwards and roll it anywhere I need to take it without having to close it first. (This in my opinion is a time, and back saver). The model 11903 has a 375 lb capacity, no rubber on the treads, no wheels, and much larger rubber feet on the leg bottoms for better stability on grates and uneven surfaces. To move this one I think you would have to close it , and lift it . So in my opinion, unless you are going to use it in areas where you need the extra large ladder shoes for extra stability, and you require a extra heavy duty ladder, I would recommend getting the 10310BA with the wheels. I love mine, it is the best ladder I have ever owned, and being in my early 70's, I feel very stable and safe when I get on it. Answer:	It was a little difficult for me as well. I recommend starting on the two top corners and then popping it off of the middle. the bottom of the case will come right off. Do the same for the bottom of the laptop. The most important thing is to trust that I will not break.

Answer:	I believe it does a great job of protecting your MacAir. I purchased mine in 2015, it is now 2021, and I have a very cracked and ugly looking case from dropping my laptop on concrete oh about 2018. The case held together and my laptop did not skip a beat. Answer:	Actually I beg to differ from the other two answers. It perfectly fits the mmgf2ll/a model. One reason it could be sliding off is because the base cover might not have clicked in place. The cover has 4 spots (2 on the sides: near shift keys on both the sides and two at the base: one on either side close to the tracking pad) where it actually holds on to the laptop base to prevent the sliding.

Answer:	I do not believe so, I didn't open them to see what they were made of until now. They are not plastic. It seems to me that they're made of cardboard for the actual egg and some colorful paper on the outside. I still like them, they will definitely serve my purpose, but I doubt yours if you're putting them outside.
