Answer:	I ordered the 671 to replace an old Nautilus N688-H. The motor fit nicely into the existing housing. The tabs even fit in the housing slots. Plug and discharge orientations were identical to the old housing. Based on this single experience. I would assume a 688 fan would fit in a 671 housing - - - but I cannot verify.
Question:	Can u replace a nautilus n721 with this
Answer:	Look at the size of the base on the Braun...then look at the opening in the ceiling...if it will fit in that part is OK. Next look at the size of the plastic grill cover on the Braun. If it will cover the hole in the ceiling (the sheetrock hole) then that is OK too.You can find the sizes in the specs of the Braun on Amazon.Be aware that replacing these ceiling fans is something of a project...not for a first time do it yourselfer...on the other hand if you are handy and have a tool or two you can do it.

Answer:	Not certain, however this is a universal fit. There are 3 different sets of springs and 2 distinct attachment locations. A good chance it will fit.

Answer:	The HD80L fan light has several feature that enhance the performance of this model. THe 678 only offers 50 CFM with a plug-in, permanently lubricated motor. THe HD80L offers a little more power at 80 CFM and is designed for continuous operation. It is a little louder than the 678, but considered heavy duty since the motor can be continuous.

Please review models LPN80 and/or EZ80N. Both of these models have a reducer. We would suggest that you have rigid duct, and we would recommend that you have very short duct run. Answer:	All of the KAZE APPLIANCE bathroom fan products are ETL listed, HVI (Home Ventilating Institute) certified and Energy Star compliance; lighted bathroom fan are marked IP "Inherently Protected", the unit has thermal cutoff capability to avoid overheating. Loose fill or batt insulation can be placed directly over the fan housing in the attic. The KAZE APPLIANCE fans and fan/light combination units do not create the excessive heat that is a problem for recessed lighting fixtures. The building codes and UL reflect requirements for "IC-rated" products for recessed lighting fixtures that refer to Insulation Contact. Answer:	Don't know. But the most likely reason that the light 'died' is a thermal fuse in the neutral of the pigtail. It's a little tricky to replace, but probably easier than the whole fixture.

Answer:	The housing dimensions are the same, but the internal parts are different. You would still remove the old one and do a complete replacement.

Question:	Having an issue with the heat lamp not lighting up. Could it be the thermostat? All wiring appears fine
Answer:	This heater has multiple heater coils so you can use some or all of them. The more coils you jumper this for, the higher the wattage load up to 5000w. This is a 240 VAC space heater and does not need a white neutral wire at all (10/2 for example) It most certainly does need a green ground wire which is included in romex cables. To use the full 5000w at 240 VAC, you will draw over 20.8 amps of current. You are required, by code, to not load a breaker over 80% of it's rated value. So, here is the calculation you need to respect: 20.8 Amp / 80% = 26 amp minimum. Thus, you will need a 240V Dual-Pole 30 AMP breaker and at least 10 gauge THHN wire.
Question:	What is the difference between this model and the 9417dn? my the light portion of my 9417dn died, so this would be a swap out
Answer:	Yes it will work. There are instrructiions with the unit. I even asked the local Electrial Supply Company. They said, "no problem." To purchase a wall mount and wire was (as I remembered) pretty incidental, under $50 including wire, junction box, thermostat. But I personally would have someone familair with electrical wiring to oversee or even do it for me.....It was just easier to use the integrated thermostat for my purposes, than run wire to where it was easy to adjust when entering the shop. Heck, it's only 7-8 steps further, and I leave it alone 75% of the time anyhow. Besides, I can always wire it later when I get extra cash for that budget....
Question:	I have an old nutone 9417d that died... is this an exact replacement
Answer:	The wattage is the amount of heat produced by the unit. So 2500 watts is low heat and 5000 watts is twice the heat produced at 2500 watts and it would be high heat. The higher the wattage, the more area you can heat. When the blower comes on you can hear it but it is not loud.

Answer:	High! All electric heaters on 220 are not efficient. Just depending on how much you run it. I have a 22x22 garage that I heat just when I'm working in there, works great! But if you leave it on for a long period of time it can get expensive.

Answer:	There are two metal mounting brackets on the fan that mount to the structure with screws. A 3" flexible duct runs from the fan to a wall or roof cap. Two adjustable 3" metal screw clamps are required to hold the 3" flex duct to the fan & cap. An electrical circuit is required to power the fan & it requires an on-off switch. This requires a moderate amount of skill.
