Question:	how difficult is the install without a preexisting fan
Answer:	There are two metal mounting brackets on the fan that mount to the structure with screws. A 3" flexible duct runs from the fan to a wall or roof cap. Two adjustable 3" metal screw clamps are required to hold the 3" flex duct to the fan & cap. An electrical circuit is required to power the fan & it requires an on-off switch. This requires a moderate amount of skill.

Answer:	Unfortunately no, we only put it up when we don’t park our cars in the garage so there is no need to roll it up.

Answer:	They have a 1 month warranty, I bought mine 7 weeks ago and it is now tearing. Since I was out of the warranty period all I was offered was a link to purchase a repair kit. I do not recommend.

Answer:	it has a screw that extends from light frame and goes through metal frame that holds light socket. It has a nut that screws the light frame to fixture, light cover just snaps onto grill.

Answer:	Yes, I installed this newer design cover on an old 657 unit and it worked fine. I Also changed the fan motor at the same time. Like new!

Answer:	I would not use this exhaust fan for an outdoor grill kitchen. This fan was used to remove hot air from an attic space. You should use a fan specifically designed for grease applications.

Answer:	There’s no duct a hole is cut in the roof and you place on top of hole and it pull the air out

Question:	Can the led bulb be replaced if i don't like the color
Answer:	I don't about how much buffer they give their ratings. I can tell you I was extremely disappointed in this product. I'm a building contractor and needed a stair w 10 ft 3" reach. That was the only good thing about it. The bottom was 1/8" luan and broke first time used. Thing was almost torn apart on delivery. I've almost had to rebuild it to finish the house. Worried about rating..,steps are face glued with no support notch. If you are heavy I suggest you get one with the support rods under each step tread.
