Answer:	Mine quit working after the first year. I won't buy it again. But Heaters like this DO work. I use Perfect Home brand now. I live in a fifth wheel. I use 2 to heat my home. If the temp drops below 25 degrees I plug in a third. I probably wouldn't need a third if I would get off my lazy butt and fix the air coming through the door and windows :)

Answer:	Yes this does. I have 2 of these and i can unplug to simulate power off then plug back in to simulate power on and poof it works every time... Most "manual" fans and heaters as well as humidifiers will automatically turn back on after power outage. If you see anything digital or it says electronic switching or power it will not. anything that has a push button to turn it "on" also will not turn back on without pushing the power button again.

Answer:	Low (600Watts) has no sound. intermediate and high have the same fan setting--not particularly noisy as heaters go.

Answer:	I hate this unit. It does not live up to it's hype nor is it worth the $100 I spent. It would not warm a small room or a garage as purported in its listing. Not only would I not hang it from the ceiling... I WOULD NOT BUY IT.

Answer:	The heater is not rated for outdoor use, so use in a green house is kind of a grey area. While a greenhouse is not normally exposed to rain and snow, moisture levels in a greenhouse could be an issue causing a potential risk for shorting and or shock.

Answer:	Its made in china, and the wiring connectors inside are not good quality. Inhave two and both needed disassembly and new crimp connectors after two years of light use. The case is good quality powder coated metal. It would be a good heater if they improved the connector quality. If they are the same quality as two years ago, I would choose and older model made in USA by markel called the heat- aire. The Chinese took over manufacture and made it cheaper. Check eBay for the USA Markel model. The markel is a superior heater. I have many in use at my office and they are probably 40 years old and work flawlessly.

Answer:	I am not shure what your asking. it has a 6-20 p for plug on it 240 volt that needs a 6-20r for receptical. I bought the 6-20r and 12/3 wire and made up an extension cord cord for it. however it would be easier to cut off the plug and use a range or dryer plug and receptical becuz attaching the wires is much faster and stronger.

Question:	I don't see a remote, how do you turn the heater on and off? Does it have to have a thermostat, and if so 27V or 120V thermostat
Answer:	This is a 240V Direct Wire heater. I have installed mine on a 30 amp double pole switch which leviton sells. It is wired directly into my panel with armored 12 guage wire with a 20 amp double pole breaker. We turn it on when we are on the patio, we turn it off when we are done. So, there is no remote. There may be heater control units that can handle the 12 amp 240V current needed to run this heater but you would need to do research.
Question:	does it have to have a variable controller? or can I just connect it through an on/off switch and always run it with a full 240V
Answer:	I put it on a timer. Variable controller was more expensive.

Answer:	It depends on the size of your ceiling. If you have a tall ceiling, it will heat less. It will heat 150 square feet with no problem. I use it for my pretty big living room and it heats nicely on high setting (4000 watts).
Question:	is it work just with a outdoor scape
Answer:	I have had this for a year, since day one it's been loud. I had to re-plug the end so that it would fit my 240V plug (don't worry, changed the breaker) and I assume that makes this out of warranty. So I dug into the heater and found that the set screw for the aluminum fan was loose. Tightened it and it's about 30% quieter. It's still quite loud. I would say its about 70% as loud as my Dyson vacuum, but with a whomp whomp whomp whomp sound. I only use it when required absolutely necessary.

Answer:	Hi Tom. You certainly can install this heater under the sink toekick space, but if it is possible I would suggest installing it under an adjacent cabinet as the kickspace heater can get pretty hot when the unit turns on and it can be a bit annoying when someone is trying to wash dishes or load/unload the dishwasher!

Question:	Is wattage adjustable
Answer:	The wattage is determined by max setting. You can dial down the temp but you will still need a double pile 80 amp breaker along with a 6/3 & 8/1 SEOW 50 Amp cord and a 50 Amp NEMA 3R power inlet box. Well worth the cost to warm a building during plaster phase of construction
Question:	Do the coils get hot enough to turn red when the knob is turned to max
Answer:	This is not an infrared heater so the coils do not turn red.
Question:	how may square feet will this heat
Answer:	I have a 20x20 un-insulated shop with 8 foot ceilings and when it was 25 degrees outside I turned it on and turned the dial to 3/4's of the way and it kicked the heat element off in 15 minutes. And it would cycle the heating element back on in about the same amount of time but once the shop was warmer the heating element was kicked off the 2nd time and on in about 7 minutes. This is the best heater I have ever had and I have had many high BTU heaters running off propane and kerosene and diesel fuels. this is total electric so no smell or hauling fuel. I wouldn't hesitate using this is a 40x40 shop it may take longer to heat up but once heated I don't think there would be a problem.
Question:	Is the fan very loud? Could it be used in a large room while a meeting is taking place
Answer:	This is rather subjective. The fan is quieter than I expected but it still makes some noise. You can stand next to it and hold a conversation in close to a normal voice.

Answer:	this is a 240V direct wired heater. It does not plug into a outlet

Answer:	It has a thermostat. Perhaps it is reacting to the temperature of the ambient air. When it is at full bore (because of cold temperatures), it gets pretty red

Answer:	Cord is a little over 6’
Question:	The circuit I can use is 220V w/12-3 wire. Is this acceptable for this unit
Answer:	The plug is a 3 prong which uses 2 hots with one ground. 12 gauge wire is code for 20 amp service in most areas I’m aware of but long length runs may require 10 gauge
