Question:	Does the unit include its wall mounting kit or does that come seperate
Answer:	I would say you can put the heater about 3 to 4 feet away from you but here's the problem with this heater it puts out a lot of heat from 3 different settings low, medium, and high the problem is most of the heat rises off the top of the heater head. Yes it radiates heat out the front of it but not as much as you would think. You have to be close to it to feel any of the heat radiating off of it. If you were in an enclosed area this heater works GREAT for heating up areas really fast and to the point of baking you alive in a tent, camper, small work garage area or for emergency use type situations. If you guys huddle around it and put your hands above it and rub your hands together to keep warm I guess you would be fine but don't expect it to push a lot of heat out towards you guys as you sit there.
Question:	Will it turn back on after a power outage
Answer:	What does "Windproof" mean to you? Will the MH15 stay lit in a mild breeze? Yes. Can it be blown out by a strong wind? Yes. The biggest problem is starting the MH15 in a moderate wind - the propane has to burn in free air for a short time to heat the combustion grid to red heat. One the grid is red hot, the propane flame tends to stay lit. During this heating period, the flame is more vulnerable to wind.
Question:	What is the noise level
Answer:	The 1# tank will ice up and slowly turn off the heater on anything but the lowest setting. That lasts about 2 hours. A little buddy heater with 4K/9K Btu works best with the 1# cylinders. I have the hose hookup for a 20# tank and it's nice to have the option of using either size. You have to light this one with a lighter which is just another thing to forget to pack.
Question:	does this heater have a timer
Answer:	As far as I know... No. A simular thing happened to me. I reattached the grill using good old fashioned wire hanger twisted. This was only a temporary fix.

Question:	How long is the power cord
Answer:	Short answer is maybe 2, but 2 can still trip your breaker if its on the same circuit (each room is typically a different circuit) and running at 100%. This depends on your circuit, most are 15A or 20A. Loosely the math is 120V * 15A = 1800W. In the 1800W scenario you can have 1.8 of these units running at full capacity. At 120V * 20A = 2400W you can have 2.4 of these heating units at full capacity. Given you may have other appliances in the room on the circuit you might not be able to run 2 of these units if that is the case. Best bet is to get one for each circuit (typically by room) or move up to the 1500W model for each circuit.

Answer:	I have used this heater continuously for a few weeks. In a small uninsulated area approximately 200 sq. ft. it has done very well. very simple to operate and safe, light and easy to mount it will cost you the use of 110v outlet.

Answer:	It is small but powerful for it's size. It's about two feet high and a foot and a half wide, only a few inches deep. It mounts on the wall in just a couple minutes, very easy to put up. I use a couple space heaters in my small home because it's old and doesn't have a central heat source. There are two, small electric base board heaters for the whole house and the space heaters do a good job of compensating. I live up north and we are experiencing wind chills of up to 50 below zero at times. On those INSANELY cold days it does take two space heaters to heat our home. However, when the temperature is up to 20 above or more, the Heat Storm does fine on it's own.

Answer:	I believe the cord is around 6-6 1/2 feet long. I try not to put electric appliances (other than beauty products) in my bathroom so I don't know if it would be safe or not.

Answer:	This heater is a sealed unit, so it doesn't allow the user to add oil. Any attempt by the user to open the sealed panel will void the warranty. The only yearly maintenance required is to keep the outer surface clean and free of dust build up. Owner's manual clearly explains how to maintain the heater.

Answer:	Are you thinking this heater burns oil? It does not. It burns electricity, but uses oil internally to distribute heat from the heating element to the radiator fins.

Question:	Can you use this product in a travel trailer
Answer:	Yes, without screwing on the plastic feet attachment, the panel is flush (no protrusions where feet attach). Using this as a kotatsu heater is interesting - the kotatsu I grew up with had a much higher wattage infrared heater on a thermostat. This one will take a while to heat up your kotatsu (say an hour), but it is low profile, efficient, and only warm to the touch - might be a good cost-effective and safe choice for a small kotatsu.

Answer:	This unit has a standard (U.S.) 115 v grounded male plug end on a cord that is about six (6) feet long.

Answer:	We use ours under the desk but I don't see any reason it couldn't be on the desk. They don't radiate terribly far at their low power so it would need to be right next to your hands to have a major impact.

Answer:	Not sure I think it is a built in safety system so it doesn’t over heat. I think mine did it once when I left it on a high setting for too long. You could look on google of the instruction manual for the heater and see what that says.

Answer:	When I bought it was clearly stated 400W low (one tube) 800W high (both tubes).I'm pretty sure nobody reads the description before asking a question. Since I've answered this question three times now.

Answer:	since it's only a 400/800 watt heater, it's more of a spot heater. Since your room is 15x20, you should look into a more powerful heater that puts out 1500 watts in one of its settings. I actually don't use the oscillating feature because it's not that powerful and usually use the 800 setting for just a couple of hours. Overnight, I switch it to the 400 watt setting.I think those Living Pure infrared heaters would heat up your 15x20 room easily and those heaters radiate the heat everywhere whereas this heater is more of a directional, spot heater

Answer:	Econohome panels are convection heaters, heating up the air around them; these Wexstar panels are infrared heaters, heating up the matter in the room. I had the Econohome panel and liked it, but it wasn’t good for what I needed since I have a lot of air circulating in my space.
