Question:	Is the system waterproof if left outside
Answer:	I don't know that it is rated to be outside all the time, But we have owned ours for almost a year now and a coulee of times, it has been rained on and works fine,. However it is charged by electrical connections, and when mine got rained on, it was not plugged in if you will, I cant picture rain being good for the electrical plugs the attach to this unit. But a once or twice accident you should be fine, ours still works.
Question:	Can I replace the shower head with one that has a on and off switch
Answer:	not without a bit of work
Question:	what are the error codes? I get three blinks and sometimes five blinks.... just trying to figure out what is wrong
Answer:	I haven’t had any error codes per say. It could be that the internal battery needs charging. I just plug it in to charge the internal battery. I hope this helps. I love this little thing. Although I do wish the internal battery lasted longer. I charged it before I went camping I used it to heat dish water and some cooking for 10 twice a day for three days. It worked great. Water gets real hot.
Question:	can you use indoors
Answer:	It says not to use it indoors but we use it in a cabin that has no running water. We don't use it for extended periods at anytime. It has never set off our C O detector.

Answer:	I have not had to get any replacement parts but I did verify with them through Chat on their website that replacement batteries were available even though they are nowhere to be found on website. I even got a parts number for it just in case.

Answer:	Possibly ... havent checked fiitings to see if they might be easy to purchase off the shelf. I dont know if the tubing can handle the 60psi that normal household water pressure will be coming in at. Dont know if water will have time to heat up properly before exiting due to higher pressure.

Answer:	The oxygen sensor may be turning it off. Make sure there is airflow around the unit. At altitudes of approx. 4500+ it may shut off for much the same reason. Blow out the Aperture with air. There is a little hole down on the gas nozzle for that purpose. Canned air is best. A compressor may break something. I had a friend who just blew it out with his breath and it worked better. Clean the entire unit of dust and debris. Check the gas debris pipe and empty the sediment. Check your bottle, it may be near empty, or the control valve may be partially closed.
Question:	Is the valve 1/2" FIP to 1/2" flare? Is the connector 1/2" ID? What are the EXACT specifications on each of the adapters? Shocked it sells W/ no info
Answer:	The description says 3/8 and 3/8 but the one I got was 1/2 x 1/2 with adapters. It says universal but for me probably not since I actually needed 3/8 female and this only comes with 3/8 male so I will have to spend more money to make this work.

Question:	Does anybody have trouble lighting this heater? Seems I need to hold the ignition button in for a minute and it really hurts my thumb
Answer:	Hey Spike, I agree with Thomas W. Mine wouldn't start on the first try either. You have to hold the ignition button down, wait a few seconds, then depress again. It's kind of a pain, but it works. A more annoying issue for me was wanting to use it in my golf cart, but with every tiny bump, the safety feature kicked in and off it went. So, it is safer for home use. For the cart, I bought the Coleman Catalytic Heater with the special holder that fits in the cup holders. It's more quiet too. Stay warm!
Question:	With an adapter hose can it be used with a large propane cylinder
Answer:	Not a problem. Make a 10"x10" box. Nail 2x6 together in the shape of a U. Then put 3/8" inch plywood on top and bottom (3/8" a must on top). Then make a 2 1/4" hole in the center of the top plywood. Next screw the main heater assembly into the filter with the top plywood in between (the two should come together snug leaving a very small separation which will allow the heater to rotate with no chance of a leak but still be secure). Then attach the hose and tank. This box allows for a large tank to be attached, the heater can rotate and the tipsy problem is gone.. Just remember to turn off the tank first to burn up the gas in the line before turning off the heater.
Question:	Has anyone used it tent camping? I'm afraid of fire and fumes, but the cub scouts insist in camping in sub freezing temps
Answer:	I used it last summer (2017), at night We went to bed late around 1:00 am, and usually by 5:00 am the 1lb tank is already empty and it's went the temp is the lowest, I spent about a tank per night, kept our 8 person tent warm, we have ventilation at the top and all the heat went up but I rather have ventilation that non at all, I'll probably wake up at 5 and replace the propane tank. We camped I bigbear, CA and it was cold at night, I might try an electric heater plugged into my Honda but still you have Carbon monoxide coming from the generator.

Answer:	I asked the manufacturer for the thermostate info. It has a knob on top from 1-5. 1-60.8°f 2-75.2°f 3-89.6°f 4-104°f 5-118.4°f He also said that they could vary slightly from heater to heater.

Answer:	The fan will mount on the back of the heater. There is a punch out that will be removed and the fan will go in it's place.
Question:	Would this heater work in a 2 car garage
Answer:	In short yes. we have this on the first floor of our house. it is not yet winter, but this is a 30,000 BTU heater; it heats the entire house fast - like 20 mins upstairs and down. I would say the same for a two car garage. I plan on moving this unit to the basement shop which is exposed to ground level in the back and unheated; basically a 1 car garage back there and I expect this to out perform. I will add one thing: this is the blue flame unit. I have had shop heaters before and prefer the radiant heaters (of which Mr Heater makes one just like this) - they have the clay looking elements in them that glow red/orange; those heaters will heat things in the space and then those items give off the heat. I used to aim one at my roll away tool box. in an area where you might have a lot of space up above, such as a loft the radiant version of this heater may be better as it will heat the items it is near with less heated air floating up. either way, this is a safe bet.

Answer:	It has a pilot lit that will stay lit at all times, unless you turn the dial to the Off position. The heater will start up when the thermostat dial settings determines that it's time to turn the heater on.

Answer:	Highly unlikely. The louvers on the front that direct air flow have maybe 45 degrees of downward angle. This just seems like a bad idea

Answer:	Not a problem. Make a 10"x10" box. Nail 2x6 together in the shape of a U. Then put 3/8" inch plywood on top and bottom (3/8" a must on top). Then make a 2 1/4" hole in the center of the top plywood. Next screw the main heater assembly into the filter with the top plywood in between (the two should come together snug leaving a very small separation which will allow the heater to rotate with no chance of a leak but still be secure). Then attach the hose and tank. This box allows for a large tank to be attached, the heater can rotate and the tipsy problem is gone.. Just remember to turn off the tank first to burn up the gas in the line before turning off the heater.
Question:	Has anyone used it tent camping? I'm afraid of fire and fumes, but the cub scouts insist in camping in sub freezing temps
Answer:	I used it last summer (2017), at night We went to bed late around 1:00 am, and usually by 5:00 am the 1lb tank is already empty and it's went the temp is the lowest, I spent about a tank per night, kept our 8 person tent warm, we have ventilation at the top and all the heat went up but I rather have ventilation that non at all, I'll probably wake up at 5 and replace the propane tank. We camped I bigbear, CA and it was cold at night, I might try an electric heater plugged into my Honda but still you have Carbon monoxide coming from the generator.

Answer:	Regarding parts, I used a reducer elbow then attached a flex pipe to this (approx 18" in length). Regarding size, I used 1/2" piping from my basement to the heater which is attached to my ceiling in my attached garage. You have to be careful what size pipe you use. The longer the distance from the source the larger the pipe you'll need. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can you mount it to tilt/angle out and or to the side or is it locked at a 90d strait down
Answer:	I put an angle finder on my heater and it registered about 40 degrees. It is fixed mount but you could probably bend it some. I use mine in a 40 by 22 attached garage and set the thermostat at 45 degrees. It keeps the snow melted off the vehicles does not run all the time. Great heater.

Question:	why do the two pictures for the regulator look different
Answer:	I've been running one of these pumps off a 12v 20watt panel. The pump only operates when the panel is receiving the maximum amount of light. I don't think 5 watts would be enough to get one of these pumps to turn over.

Answer:	I don’t see why not? Give it a shot , if it doesn’t work just buy a new one. It is not that expensive.

Answer:	I never measured the pressure but it is not much. It does not shut off when pressure builds, it continues to run. I replaced it with a larger unit I needed more flow.

Answer:	Comes with a grounded three-prong 110 volt plug. I had ordered a 10' cord but it came with a 25' one. Better too much than not enough.

Answer:	We use it for our pond in the backyard and run it 24/7. I think Little Giant has a one year replacement guarantee on it but you may have to buy it directly from them (not sure). I don't see why it would damage it if you run it 12 hours a day. I have to replace the pump every 2-3 years but it is because of the filter we use in the pond that we aren't great about keeping as cleaned out as we should which in turn doesn't allow the pump to flow as freely as it should.
