The compressor is mounted to a piece of 3/4" partical board (I still need to carpet it), which is mounted to some 1"x1"x1/8" angle steel, which I sandwich clamped onto my Garvin Wilderness interior rack in my 2015 Xterra which the legs were wrapped with a few wraps of "F4" or "self fusing tape" as found here on Amazon. The prevents damaging the finish on the legs, and provides another layer of vibration and noise dampening. There is a sticker over one of the screws so you can not open it up without voiding the warranty and as it is working very well at the time I have no need to open the unit. I have a Dico and Mrod. also a .45l tank and it fills them a lot faster then a hand pump. It will fill the tank to just short of 30 mpa (4350 psi) which will allow me to carry with me one complete refill from 2000 to 3000 in the mrod and then one 2500 to 3000. That is 6 to 7 mags for the 25 cal mrod. When it breaks I will then see if I am still in warranty or will then go looking for parts -- but at the price point if it last for one or two years I and pick up a new one and still be ahead of the game. when look at the price for the other 12 volt pump. and I do not have to lube it. |

| Answer: | I've used mine for a bit, airing a ati nova liberty 22 and hatsan flashpup 22. Look into line filters for any pcp compressor. I usually refill the nova liberty at 3000 psi but have let it go down to 1700+ psi before refilling, so far no complaints. I dont fill past 4000 psi to save wear and tear on my rifle. Purchase the warranty, then put it to work. |

| Answer: | Warm is OK. Hot is not. Even 1-2 watts of power dissipation will warm a plug sufficiently that you can feel it, but is perfectly safe. Given that this heater draws 1,500 W, it's likely that this amount of power is being dissipated at the plug. The very small resistance where the plug touches the socket contacts is sufficient to cause this. And given that the purpose of this device is to generate heat, it's not like it's 'waste' heat either! |

| Answer: | It uses 1500 watts per hour. In my area electricity is about 14 cents/kilowatt. So, if you use if for three hours per day that would be 135 kilowatts per month and cost $18.90/month. I use it to help heat our finished basement (14ftx42ft) and it does a great job. It's not cost effective to have it on all day long, but if I know I'm going to be in the basement I'll set if for 3-4 hours. It'll take the temp from 65 degrees up to 69 in well under an hour (more like 30-40 minutes). |
