Answer:	Not sure if you have a spare filter? Without a spare dry filter, replacing the wet one into the air cleaner is a bad idea. You may want to use compressed air from the inside of the filter to remove the dust (do not forget to wear a dust mask) and then replace it. I do three steps; compressed air, wash, and allow to dry.
Question:	What is the filter made of? it says that the frame is cardboard but I cannot find the material used for the filter itself. Thanks
Answer:	The metal cross-members should be on the inside to prevent the fan from pulling the filter material out of the frame.

HEPA filter remove 99.97% of particles above 0.3 micrometers, and PM2.5 are right around 2.5 micrometers, so this would be extremely effective at doing so. This is true of all HEPA filters though, nothing special here.
Question:	I just received mine today and the moment I turned it on, the power indicator is still flashing red. Why is that
Answer:	It comes with 1 HEPA filter (1 year est.) and 1 carbon filter (6 month est.) Based on the reviews though, the filter tend to lasts longer than the estimate.

Answer:	It appears to me ALL filters have an arrow printed on the edge of the paperboard frame. This indicates the direction the manufacturer wants the air to flow. The manufacturer decides weather the wire is on the top or the bottom. All the brands I have ever bought had the arrow.
