Question:	How do I re-seal the tip after partial use? Other culks have a removable cap but this one doesn't. Do I need a plastic wrap and a rubber band? Thanks
Answer:	There are a few things that work. You can stick a nail or screw in and wrap it up tightly with duct tape. I like using a bolt that's a little bigger than the hole because you can then take it out with a wrench if it dries a little on the end. Or you can screw a wire nut on the end, preferrably the waterproof type. Both methods are cheap and work pretty well.
Question:	Does this caulk dry shiny or matte
Answer:	When you say shiny I assume you mean patent leather like shiny??? If so, the answer is definitely not!!!! It's a matte black when fully cured.

Question:	do you need caulking gun to use this tube? Can it be used on its own
Answer:	Yes, you will need a medium duty caulking gun. There are products (that don't require a caulking gun) that come in squeezable tubes that are okay for small jobs and/or hard to reach locations. However, it is difficult to lay a professional looking bead of caulk with these tubes and comparatively they are very expensive. If you own a home, especially an older one, you will need to do a lot of caulking and a caulking gun is a wise and inexpensive investment. You should purchase a decent one with a rotating metal wire at the end of the gun (where the nozzle of the caulk tube goes) that is used to pierce foil seals in the nozzles of most painter's (acrylic non-silicone) caulks, and will help to break through any hardened residue in an old tube of caulk if you want to use it after it has been sitting around for awhile.

Question:	I am interested in ordering some boxes. i am a public school teacher. class sizes are about 30 students. how many boxes would i need of thin boards
Answer:	First of all, thank you for being a teacher that cares. I salute you. The boxes contain thin boards (1/4" to 1/2" thick) and most of them are about 24" long and 3" to 4 1/2" wide. The selection is really good. There will probably be a little less than 30 pieces in each box, so you can either cut the boards in half or buy 2 boxes.
Question:	Is there a minimum width? I am looking for at least 6" wide and hopefully 1/4" thick. Species not all that important
Answer:	I received various widths. Most were less than 6", but there were a few that wide. Several were 1/4" thick, some were thinner. Hope that helps. It's truly a "grab bag" type of deal.

Answer:	So hard to tell, and I don’t have all of them anymore. Let’s guess the box was 12 x 12 with maybe six layers? Rough guess, sorry.

Answer:	Mine were not. I went to Woodchuck’s Wood website and compared what I received in the box to photos on the Woodchuck’s Wood website to determine the species. It was not difficult. I loved the box I received, it was perfect for my Intarsia projects.

Answer:	Yes, this material can be laser engraved (we have an Epilog laser in house too). However, most of our material is stocked on black ABS - if you are going to laser engrave - you will need the material to be on white ABS (that's how you get the white letters). Answer:	I am using this wood for laser cutting. I have not had any issues with the Baltic birch plywood. Burns nicely, even better than some others birch plywood that I have used in the past. I see no flaws in the gluing process that was used, no delaminations or errors. I will be ordering from them again in the future.
