Answer:	Good Morning, we do not recommend to use this full strength. i have attached a copy of the link for the product data sheet for instructions on how to use. , mix one part Tile & Stone Cleaner with 3 parts hot water (cold water can be used but cleaning action will be reduced). Apply Tile & Stone Cleaner with a clean mop or self-feeding floor machine. Allow the solution to stand for 10 minutes while agitating periodically with the appropriate scrub brush. Answer:	No, unfortunately. It is formulated for use on floor grout only. Try the Zep All Around Oxy Cleaner & Degreaser. When used as directed, it removes tough stains on countertops, grout, hard surfaces and upholstery.

Answer:	My ceramic tile is 30 years old and I used the Zep cleaner on the grout in between tiles. I did not pour it over the tile. Poured on grout, waited a couple of minutes, scrubbed grout with brush. Used grout stain to balance color. Looks great.

Answer:	Absolutely! The first time I had to go section by section as my grout was so bad. Now I can spray and mop.

Answer:	This almost acts as a bleach. I would test a small area before trying. It worked great on grout but unless you have very light marble I would caution using it without testing

Answer:	I am not sure as I used it on tile. It did have any strong smells so I am led to believe it is safe. I would encourage you to use a small sample size just to be sure.

Answer:	Not sure. I could not apply it. The tip split and the product stopped dripping after just two tiles. This product didn't work for me
