Answer:	Hi Donna - There is four and one half inches from the floor to the bottom of the flap. We were worried about that, too, since we have two Chihuahuas along with an Italian Greyhound mix and now our new rescue, Belgian Malinois (will be very big). There was NO problem at all! We put the door in and they all went through it! It's a great door. We are very happy!
Question:	Can it be easily and quickly removed
Answer:	Although the intent is to screw it in with 3 or 4 screws and use the lock provided, we have not done that. We use a bar in the sliding door track to "lock" the door if we want to leave the pet door in place over night. It is easy to remove it since the spring loaded top segment holds it securely in, but can be lifted out easily if we want to be gone for a few days.

Answer:	No if you don't engage the door and it's just the flap, which swings back and forth. A mouse or rat could come in. YES, it's rodent proof - if you remember to snap the door closure in place each night, which is what we do. No "visitors" have entered our home yet.

Answer:	I have a 6lb and 10lb dogs. I think the larger size makes it easier to get in and out without being squeezed. My little dog like to stand 1/2 in 1/2 out and the bigger size makes it more comfortable. Also, if you ever get another larger dog you won't need a new door.

Answer:	No, what comes in the box is one panel in two pieces. The two pieces are easily assembled into one tall panel that fits between your sliding door and the wall. Which means your sliding door is not replaced, but rather open just enough for the panel to fit in place. You then "lock" the panel in place with thumb screws and secure your slider with either the included lock or a board of some sort (your choice).The picture shown is the top half of the panel (left) and the bottom half of the panel (right).

One thing to note: Even though my cats are used to various cat doors, this plastic flap was a new experience for them and it took a week to get them used to using it without thinking. We taped it open and then slowly lowered it each day. Cats treats on the other side helped, too!

Answer:	I work at a High School and we use our wall mount for our students to sign into the guidance office when they come for a visit. It's sturdy and works great. It gets a lot of use. You cannot remove an arm piece but it can fold almost flat against the wall. The joints are moveable. It will extend straight out from the wall or fold almost flat. There are large screws that hold the front plate onto the back plate with the tablet secured in the middle. It's very secure. The tablet will not come out unless you remove the screws.

It took some adjustments to get it to stand and display it at the correct angle, but so far it has held up. I'm not sure how it would work for a plate. It seemed difficult to get my board to be positioned right, and not too angled.

Answer:	Hello, Rose! This door is designed to be semi-permanent. It can be placed in, and removed from, the door track easily though. However, if you choose to not secure it to the door frame, you will not be able to use the lock feature. The door frame will be stationary during use, but the flexible vinyl flap will move as your pet goes through. Additionally, nothing about the door should inherently cause interference with your security system. If this is a concern, it may be best to speak with your security system provider though.

Measuring Your Track Height

Measuring Your Track Height Correctly is the most important step when getting a Sliding Glass Pet Door. While sliding glass doors tend to have similar height ranges, not all Sliding Glass Doors are Standard heights. Endura Flap Sliding Panel Doors have adjustment ranges to give you some leeway when measuring, but it is still crucial you measure correctly.

When measuring you want to make sure you measure from the absolute lowest point inside the track to the tallest point inside the track. Our vinyl panels only work with tracks like the one shown above. If you have a monorail track (less common), which looks like an upside-down U with the sliding glass door sitting on top of it, please select our Thermo Panel option instead (monorail adapter sold separately).

Measuring Your Pet

Measuring your pet's height correctly is crucial in ensuring you purchase a flap that your pet can comfortably use for their entire life. You need to keep in mind how high off the ground the pet door will be installed, this space between the ground and the bottom of the flap is called the Step Over. The Step Over should be as low as possible for your dog to go through comfortably, this will make it easier for your pet as they get older.

The Distance from the Floor to the Top of the Flap should be at least 1" higher than the tallest point of your pet's back.

Step Over + Flap Height = At least 1" higher than the tallest point of pet's back.

We recommend replicating the dimensions of your planned pet door installation on cardboard and seeing if your pet can comfortably go through it.

Answer:	Hi Nina. The flap is 14 3/4 wide by 19 3/4 long. I've had this dog door about 3 yrs and I still really like. It's very durable.

Answer:	we installed it and it's fine. We didn't do anything to change the door. It comes with options for a thin or thicker door. Ours was a thin screen door and it went in very easily and works great

Answer:	Yes it does at times. I guess when the wind is blowing directly at the door it makes the flap swing.

Question:	I live in Florida. How does it hold up in wind
Answer:	Maybe we got a bad batch... I bought two for cross vent between front and rear doors. But any decent wind would blow one of the two of them open. Our doors are painted metal, so the next thing that happens is the magnet gets to the door and WACK - pinned open. They are frustrating me...
Question:	Has the velcro caused damage or peeled the paint off anyones door
Answer:	I don't know about this particular screens brand, but after all the time I spent looking at them from one listing to the next, probably having seen around a dozen or two, I feel more than confident in the fact that they are all pretty much the same exact thing. Having said that, we purchased one about 2 years ago and it has been an absolute pleasure to have it and it has been more than satisfactory the entire time. If you keep anything magnetic, like a broom to be more specific, leaning up against the wall next to the opening you choose to hang your screen on, the magnets in the screen will in fact attach itself, thereby causing the screen to remain halfway open if you don't happen to notice that it took place. Otherwise, we have 2 dogs and 2 grand doggies who visit us often, and it's an absolute God send for that purpose alone. Also, because we are very outdoorsy people, we tend to go through the doorway with full hands and with this screen, I can't tell you how great it is not having to set things down or fumble and possibly drop the stuff. And then one last thing I'll mention about it is, and it's really just something silly, but it's actually quite the conversation piece too believe it or not lol. People just trip over it because they've never seen anything like it I guess, so they think it's just great. The one downside as far as I'm concerned at least is, once you've had it for a period of time and have gotten real used to having, seeing and using it on the daily, be careful going through the same type door opening when visiting at your family or friends houses because you might just walk into the closed door or screen more likely, and you could be injured, embarrassed or both lol. Probably both hahahaha Nah but in my opinion, everyone looking to purchase one of these awesome magnetic screens, definitely will not be sorry nor disappointed. Answer:	I have a pacer/defib and have had the magnets brush across chest and cause it to give audible tone. This means my was pacer was paused, but is a temporary effect. Medtronic pacer/defib
Question:	I have a mosquito farm. Will this keep the good ones in and the bad ones out
Answer:	No, the good ones that you wish to keep in will be influenced by the bad ones you wish to keep out. They can still communicate through the light mesh material... The bad will convince the good to sneak out with them in the middle of the dark, leading to sleepless nights of worrying for you. Even worse, the bad can convince the good to let them come in "just for a minute" with the easy open feature. Hope this helps.
Question:	Why is my fan so noisy
Answer:	Many of the reviews complain of the same issue. I read the reviews, but didn't expect the noise level to be that annoying. I would never recommend this product.
Question:	Is the included thermostat switch at the fan unit or something that can be installed remoted, for adjustments without climbing on a ladder to change
Answer:	The box Extends close from the fan unit. It was set at installation and I can't reach it without a ladder. I do have a separate on/off switch connected where I can get to just in case...
Question:	What is the temperature range for the unit, aka what is the lowest temp at which the fan can turn on
Answer:	we have it set at 90 degrees, fan turns on when attic temperature reaches 90. Our Electrician set it.

Answer:	The 356BR specification sheet indicates that this unit has a built-in adjustable thermostat - for automatic operation at your chosen temperature level.
