Answer: I used it as an underlayment under a metal roof deck last year and I left it exposed for 75 days. The manufacturer notes that it should not be left exposed for more than 30 days if I remember correctly but I was not concerned about it. Other than discoloration, I did not see any issues but I would not recommend leaving it exposed for more than 90 days though.

Answer: I have a wooden door frame and it did take off a small amount of the wood. Nothing terrible, but there was damage. I think you would be ok if you just used the pins to keep the insert up you would be ok!

Question: I have a door that is 37". Would it work with 36"x 98" directly (without any addition
Answer: Prevailing winds, similar to the gulf here in Texas, will be fine for this screen. At the top middle point, raise it a bit where you Velcro and tack it. Leave a bit of slack on each vertical side so the magnets aren't as easily pulled apart. We have one on our beach house on the Texas coast and it works just fine with the southeastern winds that are steady in the Summer months :-)
Question: When removing the tacks how big of a hole will be left. Currently living in a rental. Will i have to patch the holes
Answer: no, you can not cut to fit, but you can make two mall pleats along the top as you install it to adjust for the smaller door. That is what I had to do for a 32" door and it worked fine.
Question: How strong are magnets anyone who has used it
Answer: I have a Great Dane and he is hyper, I now have had this for almost a year and it is still like brand new, with the dogs going in and out, jumping through it my 5 year old go in and out. This is amazing, 1000 percent better than using bug off! Trust me you won't be disappointed!

Answer: Yes. It prevents cracks in the concrete from transferring to the tile.
Question: Isn't a 72" width on french doors pretty standard? And Sentry doesn't make a 74" wide screen? Any plans to do so
Answer: Yes
Question: My frame is 96” high and 60” wide. Which screen do I need
Answer: We recommend this product under ceramic and stone tile. I would not recommend it for bamboo. There are other products on the market that would be a better fit for you
Question: Do i measure from the inside
Answer: From what I’ve read, it depends on what your subfloor is. I used MAPEI floor tile mortar which meets ANSI A118.1 standards. I was applying it to concrete which calls for un-modified mortar per ANSI A118.1. If adhering to wood subfloor you should used a modified mortar. With that said, the mortar you use to adhere the tile to the membrane should be un-modified. Plan to use almost twice the amount of mortar when setting the tile (if the mortar states it’ll cover 90 square feet, it’ll actually only cover about 45 square feet since the mortar will fill the squares within the membrane). Also let the mortar between the tile and membrane to dry a little longer, then stated on the directions on the mortar package, prior to grouting. I understand that the membrane reduces the amount of airflow so the majority of the mortar drying takes place through the area that will be grouted (by the time I get to grouting the tile I put down, the mortar will have been drying about a week to a week and a half.
