We told them we were told we could by previous rep and only reason we purchased it. After about 5 minutes on hold, the rep came back and made the transfer of our TF number to it easily so it just takes getting the right rep sometimes, who knows what they're doing. The description says Total Wireless phone "by TracFone" so yes, we were able to use. Just make sure you don't take no for an answer if you get a rep that tells you that you can't. Hope this helps. |
