| Answer: | You do not have to brew 8 cups. However, you will have to brew more than one cup. There must be enough water in the bottom to allow boiling and fill the siphon neck. Additional water must be forced into the brewing chamber to allow the coffee to be churned. I have made as few as 4 cups and that works. 3 may work, but I think 2 cups would be too little. I normally brew 5 cups. |
