| Answer: | I ordered close to 24 balls and only one of the balls fell apart after 5 overs. We use it for practice and I would say that each ball lasts close to 30 Overs. Seam presentation is wide and pronounced. In my opinion, they can easily last 40 overs but we usually toss them to spinners after about 20 overs. |

| Answer: | We used them specifically because we do not need any protective gear as our league is mostly beginners. They have the weight and size of a hard ball and the fake seams allow one to put spin on the ball. Using them in cold weather is a problem as they will crack but otherwise they hold up OK. We use a new one for a full 7 overs match and they usually last fine and then can still use them afterwards as a practice ball, but they do wear out pretty quickly- the seems fade and the ball get soft, though we play on a hard surface that would wear out any ball. We found these excellent in that they give the 'feel' of a regular ball without the chance for injury. They are a ball and can hurt but we have had no injuries from them in 4 seasons of play, with beginners. I recommend them. |
