Answer:	I bought them for my niece so she could practice cheer at home. They were horrible and uncomfortable to hold because they come with rings. I wouldn’t even consider them as pom poms.
Question:	I removed the rubber band. Am I also supposed to cut the zip tie so they will fluff out more? Or will cutting the zip tie cause it to fall apart
