Question:	How good is this backstop at stopping low angle shots when coming down the alley or from behind X
Answer:	It would work for those type of shots. We filled the bags at the bottom with sand so it stayed in place. It worked for my son for a little while but he soon put holes in it with his power shots. You can’t really leave It up all the time because weather will take it down rather fast.

Answer:	Not sure I got instructions either. I put the poles on first. Attach them to the lacrosse net. Then I put hockey pucks in the black pouches on the bottom to hold the net down. The net itself has contend where you put the poles into the net. Then you are all set. Depending on your kids size the one thing I found was the net breaks quickly.

Answer:	To start I cable tie the top in 3 places, 1 in the middle and 1 each in the corners to hold the net in place while stringing. I go through every hole around the 4 corners (top and bottoms) corners seem to blow out 1st in my household and go every 2 holes in the middle runs (top, 2 sides and the bottom triangle. I would recommend by extra nylon rope at Home Depot or Lowes in case you run out.

Answer:	Champion sells 2 "pro" goals with the same frame and different nets. This item has the product number LNGHS which is the Pro High School goal that has the 5mm net. The other is LNGLPRO (Pro Competition) which has the 4mm net. The LNGLPRO was a 3mm net not long ago. We have been using the LNGHS for a Lacrosse Club k-8th grade for the last 3 seasons. We store them outside in an upstate New York winter and the nets have held up well both to the boys and the weather. I am expecting we will get 10 years on the frames and 4-5 years on the nets. We currently have 7 and they are now our goal of choice do to the cost weight and how well they have held up.

Question:	Is the black one foldable
Answer:	This could be taken apart and reassembled somewhere else, but it would not be easy. It would be better to lift the thing into the back of a flatbed, secure it, and then drive it there. This is a sturdy goal, and only the goals that sway in a stiff wind are easily portable.
Question:	Does this come with a net
Answer:	This would depend on what level of play. The NCAA has some guidelines on flat iron bases but this goal is the correct goal for all levels of play being 6ft x 6ft with the required 1.5 inch pipe ( 1.90 inches outside). The NCAA also requires goals to be orange in color. I purchased this goal one year ago for use in practice & drill settings for high school players. It has seen plenty of action & has stood up to the test of hundreds of hours of use. The netting that comes with it will need replaced. I purchased a 7 mm netting to withstand the 80-90 mph balls of high school players. The net that comes with it is NOT built for this level of play. This goal with a 7mm net could be used for all levels of play from youth through high school.

Question:	Is this the official size for high school? What is the net made of and the mm of the net? Thanks
Answer:	No. but it can be taken down in literally less than 5 minutes. The velcro straps provided are secure enough to hold net on all but pro speed shots (I would imagine, my Jr. daughter hasn't popped one yet and she has a quick shot). We moved it a few times from the backyard to a practice field a few times and it doesn't bother me at all. Can be taken down with one person, but way quicker with two, especially once you do it one or two times.
Question:	I bought one and love the net. We use them at his practices. BUT did not realize it came without the bag. Where can I get just the bag

Question:	Is this a throw back net
Answer:	No. If you only use the Velcro straps to keep net on it comes apart (and goes back up) in 5 minutes (literally, a full 5 min) I reinforced my netting with some black zip ties. Love it.
Question:	Will this goal flip over in windy conditions
Answer:	No, this net does not rebound. It is a lightweight metal goal and the net is light. The net is durable enough for kids and normal shooting, but if you want to crank it up then this net will rip. It does well in the weather, expect a good year out of the net.
