Question: Do these have straps that go around your arm
Answer: I got these keep at my sisters house in another state so I don't have access to measure. I love these by Grizzly & have some that were discontinued by them that I LOVE more than this style that were fabric straps w/buckle & went on anything. These are more heavy duty & nice large carabiner clips. Should fit 2" bar. It's great w/Amazon, can return/exchange if not work out.

Question: Im 17 years, i weight 164 , and my arms are skinny, what size should I get
Answer: I have used ab straps for years. I have purchased two different brands but I prefer this brand even though it is less expensive. It has very little padding compared to others I have used/bought. However, they are very light. The more heavily padded straps are more susceptible to becoming unsanitary as the perspiration collects in the padding and bacteria grows. I got bad rashes from that situation unless I regularly sprayed disinfectant on the padded straps. I like these straps, but if you want padding, buy something else.
