Answer:	I have never tried.... I wipe it down with a Clorox while and air dry (FYI- it’s a GREAT BAG! Out of FB and we it for all of our camping gear)

All of his gear fits with plenty of room to spare....like a lot room! But I have no idea how much larger a set of adult 4XL Lineman Pads are. I will say that the bag seems to be very well made. This is the 3rd year my son has used this bag and I haven't noticed any signs of wear either. I had it embroidered with our mascot logo and his name. I believe we will have this bag for years to come. Well worth the money.
