Answer:	Thank you for your question! The device is best suited for serving as you have control over the ball: you throw it before hitting. The ball will probably not return consistently at the same place and angle to really practice receiving or setting effectively. If you would practice setting by catching the ball every time and throwing it up before you set you could have the same effect as with serving: you control where the ball is before hitting and after setting it the elastic will guide the ball back.

Answer:	I just asked my 13yr old daughter who uses this. She said you can because the strap is so long (& adjustable) but that it will come back down into your face kinda fast if you set it up into the air too high for the strap. It will snap back like a rubber band. Having said that, she really likes it for practicing her serves, and she's the setter for her team.

Answer:	Sorry no Travel Bag yet. We are working on it and hope to have something by the end of this year. Assembly takes just a few minutes and you will need a 7/16 wrench, a 7/16 socket head wrench and a phillips head screwdriver. A hand drill with accessories can make things go a little faster. Answer:	You bet. One season with both high school varsity softball and baseball teams hitting this trainer, and it's still going. Colder than average spring had us inside two or more days every week plus Sunday batting cage sessions. If you're outside with it, it can be staked down. Inside had us putting two boxes of the office's copy paper in it to hold it down. It'll require a hand tightening at the beginning of every session (no time or effort really required with the nylon hand grip bolt heads) and it's good for your son and 8 of his buddies.

The Attack volleyball machine will deliver thousands of reps in daily practice of jump serve receiving, digging and spiking. The machine provides a full range of spins, throwing both sharp topspins and breaking floaters to simulate match situations. It can also be easily rolled along the serving baseline, changing the angle of serves. The Attack provides a realistic serve release point over the height of the men’s net and can deliver a jump serve at international level speeds and quality. Locating pins instantly position the throwing head to men’s net height or down to setting position. Ball wear is extremely limited due to the two newly designed 4” wide soft white polyurethane ball gripping surfaces and the convex contoured shape of the NEW ball throwing wheels that uniformly distribute the contact forces, eliminating the high wear contact points. The Attack will support the following drills: Spiking: Provide actual angles from over the net and top speeds to make real game conditions a part of every digging drill. Setting: Rapid reps with varying intervals will meet the requirements of any setting drill. Accurate and consistent soft sets with no spin are provided at any angle and height. The machine can be set to release the ball from a realistic height, not unrealistically from floor level like some competitive units. New locating pins instantly position throwing head down into setting position. Horizontal throwing head movement allows the coach to point in any direction, working straight on, in the seams or to an individual’s weak side to really extend any player’s range. Vertical movement coupled with the horizontal movement, means the coach can instantly throw the ball to any point on the court, creating game situations & challenging the players to perform in progressively more difficult circumstances. Serving: With a variable spins, the Attack will throw both sharp topspin and breaking floaters to simulate match situations and is easily rolled along the serving baseline, changing the angle of serves. This unit, designed for the speed and height of the men’s game (Attack II for women's), will provide a realistic serve release point and can deliver a jump serve at international level speeds, up to 80 MPH (70 MPH women's). Spiking: The Attack delivers the ball at realistic angles from over the net at top speeds to make actual game conditions a part of every digging drill.

Setting: Providing rapid reps at varying intervals, the Attack will meet the requirements of all setting drills. Accurate and consistent soft sets with no spin are provided at any angle and height. This machine can be set to release the ball from a realistic setting height, not from floor level like some competitive units. Question:	Will this harness fit on a basketball
Answer:	It’s a good machine and can be used for setting and serving. Lowest speed setting is 1 which would be barely coming out of the machine. It can be set to float, spin or go at any angle.

Answer:	Hi, every kind of inflate for basket o volleyballs is ok, I had one before from annother one ball. You need to take care of how much air you put into the ball in a gas station air area because the have compressors for tires not for balls but with carefull you can use it very well.
