Answer:	I just depends on how often you use the Insider Bat. If you use it once a week, it could take a few months. If you use it every day for about 20-30mins... you should start to see memory in about 2 weeks. IMO. My daughter uses this product, and was turned on by her hitting coach. There is a visual side to this... you don't hit the ball if you roll. The direction you hit is dependent on the mechanics. When you can notice the mechanics and the placement of the hit (response) you realize the mechanics are "spot on." Then, you always need to reiterate those mechanics; not as often as the beginning, but every week when we go to hitting, they usually spend about 5 minutes on the insider bat to check the mechanics.

Answer:	The floor surface determines their use. Concrete will scratch them. Artificial turf, similar to carpet, will do fine. Plastic will not rust but the nail that secures it will if water comes into contact. Would not be my 1st choice for outdoor furniture. Designed for carpet or smooth indoor flooring. The smooth design is intended to reduce the friction coefficient so as to make moving easier. Hope the helps.
Question:	How would this work for a 14 yo that is pretty advanced in hitting? He plays competitive travel ball and needs to work on his swing at home
Answer:	Yes but they are a hard plastic and not what would work well with running or jumping. If wearing the tennis shoe for looks and needing that extra support then they would work good.

Question:	What is the weight of the balls
Answer:	I dont think it will fall out, but I think the cutting board would slip or basically move depending what you are cutting on it, because it is acrylic more like plastic so you would have to use rag or some kind of non skiding material. I hope this will help. Thanks
Question:	How jas this held up after a few uses
Answer:	I am using them on a hard floor. If these are about the same size as the furniture you are using them on it could help. If they are smaller it could make it worst depending in the thickness of the carpet. Your best option is for the glide to be the same size as the furniture but they will still sink in to the carpet.
Question:	Is it strong enough to hit real baseballs and and hold up
Answer:	About the same diameter as a 6 penny nail, ~3/4" long

Answer:	I have tried several different types of cushions and sliders. These were simple to install, no glue to fail, and if you keep them on a dry surface the hold up very well. I have not had one fail and they have never marked the flooring. I have the vinyl and real hard wood floors throughout the house. I give this one two thumbs up.
