Answer:	Maybe you lost your red tip but you shouldn't have split the red tip. Everything's plastic except the red tip which is rubber. I got mine with a 33 inch hard maple hundreds of times & the red rubber tip is unbreakable. If you have a broken one it was defective and I guarantee if you go in the Amazon website under the order & click on return you can replace it or get a refund for a new tee. It works great I give it 5 stars. Similar tees made of aluminum can cost $75- $100

Answer:	I cannot help you here. My Grandboys are 3 and 18 months, so they cannot hit the balls hard enough to get it near any windows. The balls are plastic, and I am not certain they could break a window, however, I also know that there can be breakage if hit just right (I know of a window that was broken by a small bird flying into it).
