Answer:	I had a Rawlings helmet and it did not have holes for the extension to fit. Therefore I had to drill holes and ruin my helmet.

It was a risk as that helmet doesn't appear on the compatible list either but googled enough photos of each to guess that mounting points were in the right place. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I don't think a baseball can fit. In the image the gaps looks large but on a childs face they are more closed in.

Answer:	The mask that I purchased came with the chin guard and the full 3 point strap around the back. It connected to both sides and up over the top of the head to keep it from slipping down on the face.
