This works out because the shorter distance app 30 feet increases reaction time and machine set to 35 mph is actually app 55 mph. Hope this helps but I guess ou can also rig it to set machine outside. |

My net is 55’ but my span is at least 60 feet. You’ll need more than just the span width and if you have guy wires supporting a frame you’ll need some for that as well.
