Answer:	The bag does not have a shoulder strap - however the two straps are long enough that most players carry the bag with the two straps on their shoulders. very easy to find things in this bag - no hidden pockets and extremely easy to get/put bats (only 2).

Answer:	No. There’s not really a place to attach a shoulder strap. The straps that are attached to the bag are somewhat long. My son will put those over his shoulder to carry the bag with no problem.

Answer:	It's big. My son's bag carries the following: Full size catchers gear, batting helmet, 6 gloves, 3 pairs of shoes, 1/2 dozen baseballs, and there is still room for another helmet or chest protector. He carries 5 bats as well and the side compartment holds a lot of batting gloves, eye black, ect. It's somewhat durable. \We travel a lot so it will last maybe 2 seasons. The only con to this bag is I wish the main compartment would be divided a bit for helmet and shoes or gloves.

Question:	How do people use the Velcro strip on outside of the backpack
Answer:	When you bag is typically hanging on the fence, I use the Velcro strip to hold my batting gloves. It helps them air out and I can grab them quickly.

Answer:	It has 2 bat slots. 2 more could go in the catcher leg pad slots. You might be able to squeeze in 2 per leg pad slot but it would be tight. The other 2 can definitely fit in the main compartment while still accommodating a helmet & glove, you would just have to leave the top zipper flap open.
Question:	What is return policy if I order and all the stuff dosent fit in bag
Answer:	I don't think you will have an issue putting your stuff in it. Mine fits just fine with extra room for all my seeds.

There would be room for clothing and possibly cleats if you pack well, but I don't think another pair of shoes would fit.

Answer:	Hello,Thank you for your inquiry, the length of this bag is 35''. I tried fitting a 34'' bat in the bag and it does fit it just doesn't zip over it. So it would be hanging out. Answer:	The bag is very large and doesn’t have a high clearance when holding it via the handle and rolling while walking. My 12 yr old is just under 5’ tall and it’s awkward for her but she does it. Question:	can anyone who has used this bag for more then a year vouch for the quality of zipper? what is warranty
Answer:	My 15yr old has had his since August 2017 his zippers are good but stitching at the handles has come undone and bottom of bag by the wheels is disintegrated from all the different terrain but he’s been playing ball every weekend and now everyday since January so we are having to buy another bag and hope that the stitching holds up like the zippers. I will say was really shocked it didn’t make it at least for a year but haven’t seen anything else out there that looks better and he loves the bag, so on to our second round!
