In a guest house in Jaipur, the group learn what it might be like to retire in India, and look at the benefits and challenges of living abroad.

As part of their journey our contributors run their own household, explore the local sights, take part in traditional activities, learn to cook Indian cuisine, meet local families and immerse themselves in the Indian lifestyle. They also take train journeys to famous Indian cities, such as Agra and Varanasi, and make an emotional visit to the Taj Mahal.

Series Two:
