Answer:	Pull the black end out of the blue mouthpiece. Loop it through the helmet guard in front and reconnect to the mouthpiece. Hope this helps!

Answer:	No. This mouthgard is for the top teeth only. I suppose you could wear it facing down, but it is designed for one row of teeth (with space for braces). My teenage son used this for boxing, wrestling and Jiu Jitsu with no teeth, tongue or lip injury. Make sure you buy the correct size, there is an adult and youth version. The youth version was too small for him when he was 13.

Answer:	I would say no, its rubbery, not hard.. My son wears it for lacrosse, but he wears a helmet too

Answer:	Once the water is boiled remove it from the heat and drop the mouthguard in for 15 seconds. Remove the mouthguard and form it around your teeth and gums. If needed the mouthguard can be remolded up to 10 times to get the perfect fit, as long as it is not over heated. If it is over heated it will shrink and deform.
Question:	Will this fit the small mouth of an adult? I can't wear adult sizes, too big. I tried 1 child's size and it wasn't long enough to cover the molars

Answer:	I don't really understand your question. Are you asking "How long does the guard last?". If so, then it depends on the user. For me, my son has used it since February 1, 2016 and it is still usable. And I say that because he for some strange reason he chews it, but I am satisfied that that the guard is still capable of protecting his teeth for quite some time.

Answer:	I have played rugby for 12 years - this is the ONLY mouthguard I like to use. I've used this exact style for 10 years. It molds well - has enough padding for absorbing contact - and most importantly I can breathe and talk while wearing it. I forget I have it in. When they stopped selling them in local sports stores and only sold bulkier Shock Doctor mouthguards, I bought 5 of these on Amazon. Can't recommend this mouthguard strongly enough...
Question:	does it come with a top and bottom, or do you have to buy it separately
Answer:	The mouthguard only comes with one piece. This is a "single" mouthguard. If you need one protects both top and bottom teeth, choose a "double" mouthguard.

Question:	Why does this say “not for use with braces” when both the title and description refers to braces
Answer:	I felt mislead by the title as well. I just got braces and thought this would still fit to use with braces but they are definitely not made to be used with braces, The mouthguard would not stay put. I am an adult w/ a small jaw, but even saying for use of youth & adult feels misleading.
