Answer:	I doubt it will. My head circumference is around the same size. What happens is, the hook side of the Velcro will only adhere to a small part of the loop side that results in a lesser adhesive strength. Answer:	I would say no, its rubbery, not hard.. My son wears it for lacrosse, but he wears a helmet too

If needed the mouthguard can be remolded up to 10 times to get the perfect fit, as long as it is not over heated. If it is over heated it will shrink and deform.

Answer:	I don't really understand your question. Are you asking "How long does the guard last?". If so, then it depends on the user. For me, my son has used it since February 1, 2016 and it is still usable. And I say that because he for some strange reason he chews it, but I am satisfied that that the guard is still capable of protecting his teeth for quite some time.
