You are correct that most of their mouth guards are in 2 sizes, youth which is usually 10/11 and under, and adult which is approximately 11 and up. Normally sports mouth guards we make, like all the other mouth guard companies, are to protect your front teeth from getting knocked out but for powerlifting, you shouldn't have that kind of problem unless you drop a bar on your face. Having a lower mouthpiece will make it much easier for you to breath and speak with it in and because it won't cover your palate, it would be much more comfortable as well.
