Answer:	I contacted the seller within the warranty. And they sent me a brand new bag with my shoulder strap broke. It was a little metal clip part that came off.

Answer:	I do not know how big your work boots are, but it is big enough to fit both of my boxing shoes in one pocket (but I am a woman and my shoes are bendable). With work boots, you can definitely fit one into each pocket, but I do not think you will be able to fit both shoes into one pocket.

Answer:	I have not had an issue with the bag. The two end pockets are vented and I have left wet stuff in the bag for longer periods than I should have. The main pocket is not. My daughter and I each have this bag and it has held up well to use 3-5 days a week well over a year. I find the sparring equipment drys on the end pocket which feeds into the main compartment. The bag has never stunk and I sweat aggressively.

We have been selling these for about 15 years in our retail stores as well as online and the 10 and under guideline is a good guideline. It is just a guideline though. We have had 12 year olds who have a smaller head and mouth prefer the youth and 7/8 year old who have bigger than average heads/mouths that need the adult. After they are custom fit per the instructions you will also get a much better fit, and if you need to get an adult size you can trim that size down in the length too.
