Most of Shock Doctor's mouthguards do come that way, but this lip mouth guard comes in only one size. It is a ONe Size Fits Most, which means it will fit most bigger kids, approximately 10/11 up through adults. You are correct that most of their mouth guards are in 2 sizes, youth which is usually 10/11 and under, and adult which is approximately 11 and up. Answer:	I doubt it will. My head circumference is around the same size. What happens is, the hook side of the Velcro will only adhere to a small part of the loop side that results in a lesser adhesive strength. From my experience, this causes the head gear to slip and/or come off altogether. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I have played rugby for 12 years - this is the ONLY mouthguard I like to use. I've used this exact style for 10 years. It molds well - has enough padding for absorbing contact - and most importantly I can breathe and talk while wearing it. I forget I have it in. When they stopped selling them in local sports stores and only sold bulkier Shock Doctor mouthguards, I bought 5 of these on Amazon. Can't recommend this mouthguard strongly enough...
