You are correct that most of their mouth guards are in 2 sizes, youth which is usually 10/11 and under, and adult which is approximately 11 and up. Answer:	My 8 and 10 year old used them. I think they would be fine for a 5 year old but it just depends on their mouth I guess.

Answer:	Drop one in boiling water for 10 seconds or so. Take it out ( I use a fork and flick it on a towel) as soon as you can, put it in your mouth and bite down. I have to do it several times to get it right. I cut it to fit. I use it to sleep, and I use it on my bottom teeth, but it will work for uppers as well. Good luck
